Just built and newly furnished 3 story 3/4 bedroom home with fenced in yard. First floor has a separate living area with full bathroom that leads out to back deck with grilling area and outdoor seating. Second floor has living room, dining room, kitchen (including expansive kitchen island with additional seating) and bedroom with full bathroom. Third floor has master bedroom with master bath, Laundry (washer/dryer) area and third bedroom with two built in bunk beds (single/single and double/single). Family room on second floor and master bedroom on third floor both have walk out balcony porches. Please note: This home has a strict no pet policy. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOME RENTS ON A SUNDAY ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE SCHEDULE.

This property is located on a quiet dead end cove with only 5 houses on it. You are walking distance to beach, local shops, restaurants and bars. Located just off 30A with excellent access to grocery stores, shopping, golfing, family activities etc. This is the perfect area to vacation with family and friends!
Fenced in yard with outdoor shower, back deck w/grilling area and outside seating perfect for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends.
We loved the condo...very spacious and clean. The golf car was super nice. Loved taking it to the beach!
We had the best time in Santa Rosa Beach and absolutely loved staying at this house. The location is great, the house is so nice and has everything needed for a great vacation. The kids bunk room was a favorite and slept 4 kids with room to spare. Thanks for helping us make awesome memories! Looking forward to returning.
We absolutely loved our stay at this home and the owners were so wonderful to work with. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need on your trip (including a Keurig coffee maker) and a golf cart that was so helpful in getting to and from the beach. My family and I felt so at home in this rental, it is close to the beach, restaurants and attractions yet it is still quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this beautiful and inviting home and can guarantee we will be renting this home again.
This beautiful spacious home is a perfect get-away. My sisters and our families had the best reunion here. A great location to everything that Blue Mountain Beach has to offer…most importantly the beach, restaurants, bike rentals, shopping, ice cream, etc. The house is a dream of mine to own on a beach like this! I highly recommend this place and plan to book again soon. The owners are a wonderful family to work with and they made sure we were taken care of…down to letting us know of places to go for live music. We loved the house so much that we stayed in and cooked most nights and explored during the day.
Too many great things about this place to pick my favorite but the white sand beaches and the proximity of the house to this beach is excellent. We walked to several restaurants/bars each night as well as to the beach each day. The golf cart made it so easy to get all of our beach supplies over to the beach.
We would definitely recommend this place and we are currently planning on booking this house again.
The house and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need as well as a gas grill outback on the patio area. Feel free to bring your bikes for exploring but if not, bike rentals are available across the street at very reasonable daily and weekly rates. We rode our bikes to Seaside, FL, for lunch and shopping. Seaside, FL is a little busier beach town so we were glad to return to the peaceful Santa Rosa Beach area.
Really cannot say enough good things about the Green House, Santa Rosa Beach and the owners of this property. This is my new happy place! : )
My family fell in love with this place. Everything you will want to do is within walking and/or biking distance, including the beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, beach towns(Watercolor, Seaside, etc) and all the shopping you would ever want to do. Now back to the house, it is an amazing new house with all the high end comforts. Even though there were many nice restaurants in the area, we stayed in a couple of nights and grilled outback on the patio which was very relaxing. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could imagine needing on your getaway. The golf cart made it so easy to deliver the supplies we needed to the beach. This house is peacefully situated between Destin and Seaside, FL.
The owners made sure all of our questions were answered and provided excellent customer service for all our needs.
We will definitely book this house again and I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the real world.
