A stone’s throw from bustling Downtown Pearl Street and nearby hiking trails and bike paths, this newly remodeled large one bedroom, one bath gem is a perfect getaway for those seeking an authentic Boulder experience.

In the midst of all the action, the home, originally built in 1883, sits a half a block away from the heart of West Pearl, home to an eclectic and lively array of fine dining restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Boulder is also a short drive to the Indian Peaks Wilderness and Rocky Mountain National Park, where you can enjoy endless outdoor opportunities including cycling, rock climbing, hiking, and more. The house is within walking distance of both the University of Colorado Boulder campus and the base of the foothills as well.

Having recently undergone a complete upscale renovation, the house is equipped with elegant modern touches yet still retains its 19th century Victorian charm. With an air of both intimate comfort and sophistication, the guest apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Pease note we love to host the diserning guest here for relaxing and enjoying Boulder in a in a wonderful established neighborhood. That being said there is a 10:00pm noise curfew. Please no bachelor/ette parties, or wedding parties are allowed on the premises or anything of that sort.

About Michelle Valette

Since 1983, we have been happy to call Boulder our home. As a young couple new in Boulder we met in the 90's, fell in love and started a family in this beautiful town. Our three daughters soon came along, as well as various cats, dogs, chickens and other small animals that have been part of our family over the years. We hope you enjoy your stay with us while taking full advantage of the wonderful great outdoors, restaurants, cafes and unique stores. We know you will fall in love with Boulder just like we have now for over 30 years.

This beautiful and recently renovated Victorian house has been designed for your comfort and pleasure, tastefully redone while still maintaining its charm and historic value. Located in the historical Mapleton district, this location can't be beat with everything right out the front door.

What makes this apartment unique

There are just too many unique things to say about Boulder. For one, it has been consistently ranked as one of the most eco-friendly, environmentally conscious cities in the country, serving as a model for all others to follow suit. The park system here has many hiking trails (over 1,607 miles of bike routes in and around Boulder!) that get you quickly from the city into the mountains. Boulder also has a wide array of top-rated restaurants offering cuisine such as French, Italian, Indian, Mexican and Farm to Table local meals. Rent a bike at University Bikes for your time here located just behind our house or, if you find yourself stuck somewhere, rent a bike from one of the city’s bike stations scattered about town. On another note, Boulder is home to many festivals such as Luna Fest and the Boulder Film Festival, as well as a variety of different running and bike races, which includes the international running race the Bolder Boulder, a citizenry and professional race that takes place through the streets of Boulder. For those interested in the arts, the Boulder Theater has a great music line up throughout the year to enjoy. The famous Chautauqua Auditorium, located at the base of Boulder's amazing backdrop of the Flatirons, also has year-round music. There are many activities and adventures to be had for everyone no matter what age. Boulder is a wonderful place to come stay to have fun or just relax.

Very nice older home with unbeatable location. Owners were very nice and accomodating, getting back to me right away with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the classic boulder pearl street mall get away.
