Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a family on vacation or friends traveling together, our vacation home is perfect for everyone. Located in Deep Creek, a quiet deed restricted community just minutes from downtown Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and I75.
The home features a split plan layout.
The master suite has a king size bed, a walk in closet, a 40' TV and French doors that open onto the lanai and pool area. The en-suite bathroom features a walk in shower, a jacuzzi tub, his and her vanities and a linen closet.
The second master has a queen size bed, a walk in closet, a 40' TV and a door that opens onto the lanai and pool area. The en-suite has a walk in shower, vanity and linen closet.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Both rooms have large closets. All bedrooms have Seally Posturepedic matresses.
The third bathroom has a shower/tub combination, vanity and linen closet. All bathrooms have a hair dryer and towels.
The living room is furnished with 2 leather sofas with recliners, a coffee table, a DVD player and a 48' smart TV with cable TV. The computer station has a computer and printer with access to the internet. WiFi is also available.
The kitchen features a large island, granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser, a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave. It is equipped with place settings for 12, pots and pans, cookie sheets and pizza pan, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle and much more. There is also a pass through to the lanai, making serving meals outdoors and entertaining a breeze.
The dining area has a beautiful table with 6 leather chairs. The stored leaf enables it to be expanded to accommodate 8-10 people.
French doors lead to a covered lanai with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine with your dinner. A gas BBQ and loungers are also available.
The south-facing extended pool deck area has a large pool and spa that are heated using a highly efficient heat pump. There is also a baby barrier for the pool.
In the garage you will find adult and kids bicycles and scooters, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, fishing rods and tackle, badminton equipment and more.
Hello! We are Joe and Antonia from Ontario, Canada. Joe is a handyman who is supposed to be retired, but his longstanding clients are still keeping him busy. Antonia loves to cook and spoil her grandchildren. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. You will most likely be hearing from our daughter Klavdija who handles all the correspondence on our behalf.

We fell in love with Deep Creek when we visited our friends there in April of 2013. We immediately started searching for a place of our own. We chose this property because we love the floor plan and the large lot that backs onto a green belt. Most importantly, it can easily accommodate our whole family.
This is a quiet and peaceful area with very little traffic, yet close to restaurants and shops. There are numerous beaches nearby offering a wide variety of water sports and activities. If you are a golfer, there are many golf courses for you to choose from.
As usual, we had a marvellous time in your home. It has everything one could want. We look forward to booking again next year.
The only issue was that Comcast were unable to get to the house to fix the Internet, which went down a few days before we left. These things do happen.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and what an absolute delight, every single amenity has been thought of to make this a home from home where you only need to bring your suitcases. Cool bags are available in the garage just pack them and away to the beach for the day. Perfect location for visiting south Florida we went to Fort Lauderdale , Miami, Everglades and up the Gulf Coast with their fantastic views and beaches.Can't fault this home or the communication with the owners and would definitely recommend this home and will be back the next time we holiday in Florida.
All the layout and the bedrooms were perfect for 7 persons, all as listed. The house was cleen and the customer service was excellent. The pool was excellent and all the toys and things that came with the house including bicycles were well appreciated. The neigborhood is frendly and quiet.
Such a beautiful place and so well equiped with everything.
We enjoyed the quiet surrendings, minutes away from all amenuities.
We will definatly go back!
This was our second year and everything was wonderful.
This is an absolutely wonderful vacation home. Even better than the pictures showed. Quiet neighbourhood, spotlessly clean house, well stocked with lots of good quality linens & towels, comfortable beds & furniture, top line appliances and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc in kitchen. Well maintained yard and pool area. The heated pool was GREAT!!!
We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation property in the Punta Gorda area.
It was a pleasure dealing with the owner's daughter to make all the arrangements. She was very prompt in answering any questions we had before booking. Our damage deposit was returned to us promptly 2 weeks after our stay.
Our only regret is that we didn't book it for a longer stay.
Englewood Beach, Stump Pass Beach State Park and Venice beach are all within a 45 minute drive. The spectacular Siesta Key is only 50 minutes away!
Tampa has the must see Busch Gardens.
Sarasota is home to the Ringling Museum and Art Gallery.
The Ford and Edison Museum and Gardens are located in Fort Myers.
And of course...don't miss the shopping, restaurants and beautiful sunsets at Fisherman's Village just a 15 minute drive.

Full payment is required if booking is made 90 days or less before the arrival date.
50% of the total fee is required if booking is made more than 90 days before the arrival date. The remaining 50% of the fee is due 90 days before the arrival date.
30 night minimum stay is required for the months of January, February and March.
Standard rates apply from May 1st to November 30th. Seasonal rates apply from December 1st to April 30th.
