Bright and well maintained townhouse, with 6 off street parking spots. Fully-equiped kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops. Weber gas grill off kitchen living room level. Master bedroom with bath, two other bedrooms which share a hallway bathroom. There is also a loft that serves as an extra family room/bedroom with built in bed/sofa with 55" UHDTV. Outside shower. Each room has its own deck with views of the bay. New Central air, full-sized washer and dryer. 3 Cable HD TVs, BluRay and DVD/VCR, high speed internet access (wi-fi). This listing has all the comforts of home, plus the feel of being at the beach.

The property is located on a quiet block, but is within walking distance of everything Dewey Beach has to offer. It is also a short drive, bike ride or Jolley Trolley to Rehoboth Beach and it's Boardwalk. Attractions in Ocean City MD are only 25 minutes to the south.

Plenty of space, great location

We enjoyed our stay here as a group including two teens, parents and grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone, well-maintained home in a great location. Walk to the beach was easy. Communication was excellent throughout!

Lou was easy to work with and the place was perfect for our family.

Easy process. Feel lucky that we slipped in after a cancellation. Plan on returning next summer.

Great quiet location!

Lou was great and attentive - texting him was easy and we were able to reach out thruout our stay with any questions that came up. Location is great - its a short walk to the beach and in a quiet location with lots of parking (we had three cars). Its a short drive to the boardwalk which didnt bother us. Overall our stay was great - thanks Lou!

Father of five children who treats this vacation home as our home. We rent part time when the children have sports and other activities that detour us from the beach. This creates a desirable rental property that is clean and well maintained.

Why they chose this property

Quiet block in southern Dewey Beach two blocks below the Rusty Ruddy. Lovely home with all the amenties of your own home. Perfectly located within walking distance of all that Dewey Beach has to offer. You can bike to Rehoboth Beach or take the Jolly Trolley. The Delaware State Seashore park is on our door step. We have been coming to Dewey Beach our entire life and this property was carefully selected. This townhouse is well maintained. We take pride in this property and it shows when you stay here as our guest.

What makes this property unique

This property is in excellent condition with all the modern amenities for a perfect vacation. Great location with amazing views of the bay and a short walk to the ocean/beach. It is located walking distance to the restaurants, but a away from the hustle and bustle. (GREAT week day rental opportunities in the summer)
