I recently rented this property for New Years weekend. It was a little difficult to get up to the house because it had been lightly snowing. The road was plowed but we had a front wheel drive vehicle and it took us 15 minutes of burning some rubber to get up the hill. Once we arrived, we were greeted by the owner Gisele who was staying on the other side of the house. She was very nice and told us whatever we needed while we were there she could help us. She even offered to drive down the hill to get our friends if they got stuck at the bottom. The house itself was very cozy and welcoming. There were so many cool artifacts and knick knacks. The open floor layout was great for my friends and I. There was a speaker to play music and a big screen TV. The kitchen came equipped with almost every appliance you could ever need. We did family style breakfast and dinners and there was more than enough room in the kitchen for at least 4 people to be making things at a time. I contacted Gisele last minute to ask if she would allow a dog on the property and she replied within an hour and said that was totally fine. I had 7 guests staying at the house but there was more than enough room to have more people stay and be completely comfortable. I will say, if you're staying for more than a weekend I would buy everything you need before you make the drive up to the house. We stopped in Kingston at a Walmart to load up on food & beer and we didn't see another supermarket for the entire drive up to the house. My sister who is an architect noticed the doors and windows in the house weren't completely finished but I think the owner is still renovating some small things. She mentioned it was an addition. All-in-all we had a great experience and would definitely rent the property again. It was a great getaway from the city. Thanks again!
Owner is spectacular and very friendly. Property is beautiful and house has a nice open floor plan. Great place to just hang out, swim, sit by the fire, and enjoy company with friends. We will definitely come back!

This is a below market price compared to other properties. The house is still under mild renovations.
