Clean, Nice and Good Location

We enjoyed our time in this apartment and found it to be very comfortable and in a great, convenient, location. The owner is responsive, pleasant and answered any questions we had. I appreciated that there was an elevator lift for the building because I was traveling with my elderly Mother. The only feedback regarding improvement I have is around the window shades in the front of the apartment, facing one bedroom and the living room area. They were difficult to operate and we were unable to determine how to pull them down at night for privacy. We did email the owner and he got back right away, however, even with this instructions, we could not shut them. For the next guests, it would be good for the owner to review how to operate during the initial meeting and walk through. Another thing to consider might be having coffee and tea available for guests. I am not sure if VRBO requires this or not, but in other places I have stayed, this is usually offered for guests and is most appreciated.

Goed appartement, goede locatie

Ik heb samen met 4 andere genoten van mijn verblijf in dit appartement. Het appartement licht op een centrale plek dicht bij het park en het centrum. Het strand is prima te bereiken met de bus of fiets. Zelf hebben we een fietsroute gedaan door de stad dit is zeker een aanrader.

Un peu de soleil en hiver !

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable à Valence pendant nos vacances de Février.

Quelques visites : La lonja, la cathédrale, el mercado central, la veille ville...

Une très grosse demie-journée à l'aquarium qui vaut vraiment le détour. Quelques footing dans le parc de l'ancien lit de la Turia, quelques balades au bord de la mer au soleil ...

On aurait aimé avoir le temps d'aller aussi voir les rizères, visiter le musée des sciences, des beaux-arts...

On a beaucoup aimé les restaurants dont "la casa Roberto" pour les réellement très bonnes paellas valenciennes et les délicieuses tapas du "El Pederniz".

L'appartement est tres clair et en très bon état. Il est situé sur une rue un peu bruyante mais 2 chambres sur trois sont situées à l'opposé de cette rue. Le centre de la ville est très vite accessible à pied et la ligne de métro qui arrive de l'aéroport est assez proche. Pour les coureurs le parc de laTuria est à moins 1,5 km au nord par la rue tranquille Calle de Buen Orden qui permet d'éviter la Gran Via Ramon y Cajal.

Le propriétaire des lieux, Angél, est sympa.

Ottima casa centrale e un buon prezzo

La casa è centrale ben arredata e confortevole

Centrale e ben collegata io ero in auto e sotto casa si trova parcheggio. Unico piccolo difetto ma credo sia stato un problema del momento un odore del bagno cieco poco confortevole ma con un buon deodorante si è ovviare. La casa è piena di accessori utili aprite i cassetti c'è tutto.Angel parla italiano ed è preciso con gli orari.

4 a Valencia

La casa è molto carina, pulita e ben tenuta, a due passi da piazza di Spagna e a 4 passi dal centro storico: Piazza della Regina, l'Ayuntamento, la Plaza de Toro. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, il quartiere è ok e con i bambini abbiamo preso il bus per andare al mare - bello, caldo, a mangiare la buona paella - e alla città della scienza, un posto futuristico che vale la pena di visitare, l'Oceanografico poi ha fatto impazzire i bambini (e pure noi). La mattina colazione alla "Tenda" sotto casa, supermarket in Carrer Jesus e tempo fantastico, un gran caldo per essere metà ottobre. Angel è stato gentilissimo perchè ci ha fatto stare un pò di più l'ultimo giorno, visto che l'aereo partiva la sera. Abbiamo cenato due sere a casa nel salotto molto comodo e la cucina ha tutto il necessario. Le stanze e i 2 bagni erano a posto, tanti asciugmani e due docce comode. Consiglio fortemente sia la città che l'appartamento! Ciao Angel e grazie
