Stay at BELLA VIDA and experience 'the beautiful life' in luxurious serenity at our ski-in ski-out mountainside retreat. Spacious, immaculate 3 bedroom 4 full bath townhome located in Deer Crest, the most exclusive community in all of Deer Valley, the premier ski resort in North America.

DEER CREST

Deer Valley is all about the skiing, luxury and service. Deer Crest is the most exclusive neighborhood in Deer Valley. Gated private roads, beautiful residences, and spectacular mountain views with Deer Valley ski trails winding throughout. It is not a surprise that St Regis built their 5-star mountain resort in the community. You will be one of the few that are able to pass through the gates of Deer Crest to drive 3 minutes up the to the wonderful St. Regis hotel and all of its amenities or to Snow Park Lodge.

You are also a 5 minute drive on the private Deer Crest roads to the dining and shopping of Main Street Park City. Since the home has a two car garage, we generally recommend a car for maximum flexibility, but services can be arranged if you prefer not to rent a car for airport and local transportation, grocery and restaurant delivery, ski rental delivery, etc. For Sundance Film Festival, ski vacations, or seasonal getaways, our location provides a wonderful balance of privacy and easy access to everything.

TRUE SKI-IN SKI-OUT

The home is located on its own private Deer Crest ski-in/ski-out trail. You can literally ski to and from your doorstep. Get ready in the ski prep room, open the door, put on your skis and GO! When you come back you can practically ski right up to your private hot tub for apres ski with stunning sunset views.

Deer Valley lift tickets can be purchased by skiing down one minute (or driving) to our Jordanelle Gondola base area (no lines!). For an ultra-convenient way to do lessons, Deer Valley private lesson instructors will pick you up at the top of the gondola (or, at the home once they have been there).

BREATHTAKING VIEWS

The down-mountain build of our home offers spectacular views from windows and decks on each of the three levels. To the south you have hundreds of acres of pristine forest and Mt. Baldy, to the north and east massive vistas of the Uinta mountains and Jordanelle Reservoir.

LUXURY THREE-LEVEL HOME

This townhome is only a few years old and is maintained in 'new' condition. This nearly 2500 sq ft home has 3 living levels, is professionally decorated and the finishes are top of the line.

The upper level features a two car garage, a beautiful spacious master bedroom suite with stone fireplace, pitched ceiling with exposed log beams, king sized bed, flat screen TV and a covered private deck, a master bath with a double sink, a 6-head shower and a soaking tub.

The main living level features a dramatic entry foyer, comfortable great room with dramatic two story stone fireplace with exposed log beams, large flat screen TV, a fully loaded kitchen with stainless appliances unique granite countertops and center island/breakfast bar, a nice dining area with 'booth' style seating, closet space, a laundry room, full bath and hickory wood and stone floors throughout. This level has a covered wood deck to enjoy the outdoors in any season.

The lower level features a second Master suite, luxurious bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower, a 'bunk room' style bedroom with 2 full size beds, and a full bath. Also on this level, a well-designed ski prep and storage area that opens onto the rear deck with private hot tub and two steps down to the private ski trail. Ski out 1 minute down to Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola where you can also buy your lift tickets. Ski in from Deer Valley runs on the private trail.

About Jane and Brian Sterrett

Our family lives in Naperville, Illinois. We have enjoyed visiting Park City and Deer Valley for 20 years. We love the mountains, our entire family loves skiing and we are thrilled to have our own ski in/ski out place in Deer Valley!

Beyond the skiing, we love to be outdoors in the mountains. The hiking, biking, adventure and water sports are world class.

Why Jane and Brian Sterrett chose Deer Valley

We purchased 'Bella Vida' simply to enjoy the beautiful mountain life. We fell in love with the luxurious feel; ski-in and ski-out; and breathtaking views of the reservoir and Bald Mountain. The mountainside location is serene yet convenient to Park City, close to hiking, biking and fishing, the St Regis resort in the Deer Crest community and easy access to the SLC airport. We looked at the Empire area but it was difficult to access. We spend a lot of time in Park City and it made sense for us to purchase a second home here.

What makes this townhome unique

The greatest benefit to staying at our property is not only the beautiful design and comfort of the space but its location. The stress reduction of being able to ski to and from your back door and not have to fight ski traffic jams, lug equipment, wait in lines cannot be measured. Once a skier experiences ski-in/ski-out things will never be the same again! The natural beauty of the mountainside location will rejuvenate your soul.

All you would hope for

We have been renting mountain side at Deer Valley for several years. This exceptional property is more than depicted in the photos at this site. You will find that the decorating and details show this is the owners own home - one they personally frequent. Being trail side overlooking the canyon and lakes make it a peaceful environment with easy ski in and out. We will be back!

Good spot.

Ski in / out is good. Place is well appointed as owners live there part time. Decent space. Comparable condos selling for $1.3mm. Good view except it is close to an employee parking lot. Isn't quite as majestic as the outdoor photo but interior is well done. Drive to downtown PC about 10-15 min. Would go back if staying at DV.
