This two story 1200 square foot double has two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a king, queen, and a pull-out couch bed to give ample sleeping space. The master bedroom has a screened in balcony. The newly renovated kitchen is perfect for some southern cooking, or you can BBQ on the spacious deck in the backyard. The owner lives on the other half of the double so should an issue arise he is only a couple of steps away.

Quite neighborhood. Great New Orlean house. Near some fantastic restaurants

We went for a Saints game and had a great time. Ubered to and from the game. It was a fun. We will be going back.

The ideal home base for my son's graduation from Tulane!

Paul's vacation rental is perfect for two couples and maybe one more person on the couch. Its super convenient to transportation, restaurants, and Tulane. The kitchen is great for cooking, and you can use the outside porch. The air conditioner kept up with the warm May temperatures. I loved the quiet balcony off the master bedroom with screens that allowed a lovely breeze to come through. Paul was available to make sure that everything was perfect. If I have a reason to come back as more than one or two, I would definitely rent here again.

Tremendous location, friendly hosts

We discovered a problem soon after we arrived, and when we contacted the owner (who lives in the same building), he responded immediately, and we were happy with his response. We would suggest that the place have some additional dishware to accommodate dinner guests of the renters.

Overall, great stay. Paul was very helpful and accomodating.

The property is half of a duplex close to Carrolton Avenue. There was easy driving access to all sites. There were a few restaurants within walking distance but the choices were limited.

Owner's Response: I am happy you enjoyed your stay and I hope to have you and your family stay at my property again. To clarify for future guest there are over 20 different (Creole, American, Japanese, Lebanese, Italian, Vietnamese ect.) restaurants no more then 7 blocks from my property.
