Beautiful 3 bedroom + Den, 2 bathroom TIP LOT WITH BIG WATER VIEWS (a generous 176 ft. of frontage) pool home is offered directly for rent by its owners. This home defines coastal retreat. Outside, there is a big dock you can fish from -- and yes, you actually can catch fish from the dock. Wait, there is more. There is also a chickee hut where you can sit and read or book or simply enjoy the outdoors and the converging waterway view. Our home has a NW view which will allow you to watch spectacular sunsets. There is both sunshine and shade by the pool. If you are lucky, you will even see a dolphin, manatee or sea turtle swimming by. The lanai/pool area is screened (no bugs), custom pavered and comes complete with grill, table seating for dining outside and loungers. Because of the configuration of the pool area, you will enjoy sun at the pool. The lanai has a shaded area with lighted ceiling fan. It is perfect for alfresco dining and or for those times when you want to sit outside but not bake in the sun. Our pool is heated. Inside, the home has a gourmet kitchen. When we stay here, we never want to leave, not even to go out to eat. So, you will often find us preparing a meal in this wonderful kitchen while at the same time enjoying the wonderful views of the converging waterway. The kitchen features high end appliances, granite counters, prep island and many cabinets for storage. The great room offers a view of the converging waterway and comes complete with flat panel television and comfortable furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed, television and large bathroom with walk in shower and also a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has twin murphy beds. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You will be located in close proximity to restaurants, farmer's market and shopping and only a 5 minute drive to the beach. We do use this home for our family. So, you will find the home clean, well stocked and nicely appointed. It is not the typical rental property. We have pride of ownership and it shows. Come stay with us and relax. Of course we have pool gear...

We provide our guests with an expanded cable package, printer (scanner, fax, copier), wifi (wireless router) and roku.

Well appointed, roomy, lovely view -- even sunsets

Owner was great to deal with from moment of inquiry. Answered all of our questions. Home was well appointed and well maintained. We loved the wide water view and sunsets. Enjoyed the pool and dock each day. I love the sun and my wife does not. There is a wonderful area on the lanai where you can sit outside and yet be out of the sun. My wife loved it. I sat in the sun at the pool and on the dock. Very nice neighbors. Walked to nearby restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Will be back.

Enjoyed our stay so much. Owner was great to work with. Views were amazing. Tranquil setting. Very nice neighbors. Can walk or bike to restaurants. Close to the beach. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at. We have already booked for next year.

Absolutely gorgeous home

Just the two of us stayed at this lovely home the week of February 21st and had a wonderful relaxing stay. Everything was top of the line. It has a large open floor plan, huge kitchen and one of the prettiest master baths we've ever seen and we are both in real estate and have seen a lot of bathrooms. The view is fabulous and very peaceful. We were lucky enough to get a last minute cancellation and Kim was great to work with. We would definitley recommend this home and Marco Island to anyone looking to have an outstanding vacation. Sincerely, Don and Carol, Delaware

Great location, easy to beach and clean

We arrived late. House is much better than online photos. Meticulously cared for. Owner was wonderful to deal with. House in nice, quiet neighborhood. We walked to restaurants and farmer's market. Easy to get to beach access. Kitchen well stocked. We could watch sunsets from lanai. We will book two weeks next year.
