The very best that PEI has to offer. Spectacular modern oceanfront beach house on the most exclusive and private beach on PEI. Adjacent to Greenwich National Park, this comfortable, modern masterpiece is all about family comfort at its finest.

Enjoy endless walks on the white sand beach and swimming in the warmest waters north of the Carolinas. Close to everything but remote enough to make you feel like you are getting away from it all.

The spectacular master suite features a king sized bed and includes a private ensuite with soaker tub, double sinks, separate shower and massive walk-in closet. Enjoy coffee on your private deck as the sun rises and relax in the hammock in the afternoon shade.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and 17 foot ceilings along with satellite tv on a 37 inch TV.

The third bedroom has antique mahogany twin beds and custom made quilts with soaring ceilings. The shared main bath includes a large walk-in shower.

The main living area includes a sectional with a pull-out double bed, gas fireplace and 17 foot ceilings with a walk-out to a screened porch with dinner seating for 6.

The antique teak dining table seats 6 and is a short walk to the open kitchen with 8 foot island, integrated wine fridge and seating for four more, opening to a second deck with casual seating and barbeque area.

Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room and fifth walkout to the outdoor enclosed cedar shower.

The kids will love the springfree trampoline, kayak, croquet and volleyball equipment.

Fifteen minutes to the Links at Crowbush Cove, 30 minutes to Dundarave and Brudenell and within 75 minutes of Glasgow Hills, Eagles Glenn, Anderson's Creek and Green Gables, this is truly the perfect home base for a dream golf vacation.

Why Paul Laberge chose Prince Edward Island

It's a bit of a long story. The first time I went to PEI, it was a day trip when I was a kid. We took the ferry and all we had time to do was go through the drive thru at Burger King in Charlottetown and head back to catch the return ferry. Very unsatisfying. Fast forward many years and my wife and I decide to spend a week on PEI. We are staying west of Cavendish in French River and on our way to dinner at the Inn at Bay Fortune (great then and still a favourite now). We get to St. Peter's Bay, see that we are a bit early for our reservation and decide to see what the ocean looked like in that part of the island - on Cable Head Beach. We arrived at sunset and It was love at first site. Over the next several years, we looked for listings that came up in Cable Head - which were few and far between. We wanted a lot to build our dream getaway on and direct beach access (many properties are above the beach on a cliff without beach access). We worked with a local agent who has become a good friend and found our dream location. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We only rent when we can't be there ourselves and our pricing reflects the exclusivity of our home, our beach and the guests we hope will enjoy our home as much as we do.

Excellent!

The cottage is beautiful, modern, clean and clearly well-maintained. Inside it is very well appointed and has everything you need. Nothing has been overlooked. The owners are responsive and easy-going. The views are spectacular and the beach is only footsteps away from the property which makes this location perfect, especially if you have small children. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Luxury By The Sea

The property is an anazing luxurious retreat by the sea. It's fresh, clean and very comfortable. The ocean view and sounds of crashing waves were amazing!!! The location is private and very quiet. We walked the beach on both directions daily and only ever saw a handful of people the entire week. Loved the property and highly recommend it. The recycling is a bit much if you're not used to so much sorting. Better written instructions - what recycle on what days, etc would be helpful. The owner was very responsive to all questions. We'd love to come back!!

Beautiful Oceanfront Property

This is a lovely, well-maintained and beautifully decorated oceanfront property on the north shore of Prince Edward Island. The house is very clean and extremely well stocked for both adults and children alike. The owner is quite responsive and has written extensive notes on how to enjoy the property and the island. When not taking advantage of the house's modern kitchen, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy fine dining at the Inn at St. Peters or a casual lunch at Rick's Fish N Chips. If you're not accustomed to a highly detailed recycling sorting program, be prepared for a lot of provincial rules while staying on the island (the owner tries his best to guide you) or bring along your son-in-law who has a Ph.D. in waste management to help you. The public beach immediately adjacent to this house is prone to seaweed and could use a debris clean-up. Nicer, albeit slightly more crowded, beaches exist within a short drive. Overall, though, this property represents an excellent choice for a private and upscale PEI vacation. Highly recommended! We will return.

Amazing Quiet Getaway

The property was spotless with all kinds of little details that made it feel very welcoming. The perfect spot to getaway from the world! The ocean and long beautiful beach walks were very private and peaceful. This would make a perfect romantic getaway with all kinds of good day trips especially if you like golf.
