Great Location, Central Air Conditioner System, two bedroom with one full bath, jacuzzi jetted bath tub, house built in 1903, comfortable furnishings, fenced backyard with pretty garden. Located in beautiful Old Colorado City near the southern edge of the Rocky Mountains, easily accessible by car as well as by air through both Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport—this is where convenience and comfort unite. All bedrooms have Doctor's Choice Queen Beds and Ralph Lauren Sheets, Baby Crib available.

The Living room features comfortable couches and 3 television's through out the house.. Landscaped/fenced in backyard and manicured front yard, gas BBQ grill. Washing machine and dryer, owner supplies detergent and fabric softner. Refrigerator/freezer with front door ice maker and purified water system. Comfortable Front Porch, watch the wildlife, enjoy a nice quiet evening walking a short distance to great shoppes/boutiques and many restaurants/bars/ice cream/candy shoppes. A lot of the pubs/restaurants have live music nightly. Easy walk to the Saturday Farmers Market and the first Friday of the month Old Colorado City features a really fun Art Walk on Colorado Ave, just a couple minutes from the house. Backyard very private and great views of mountains.

Colorado Springs and the cute historic towns offer an inspiring array of outdoor activities that take advantage of the natural beauty of Colorado and caters to guests' and their individual interests.

What makes this house unique

With over 300 days of sunshine each year and virtually no humidity, Colorado Springs provides the perfect backdrop to explore the timeless beauty of the West. Historic Old Colorado City is less than 3 blocks away from the house and less than a 4 minute walk, during the summer every Saturday from 7AM-Noon we have a Farmer's Market with local produce, meats, cheese, bread and flowers. Throughout the summer every Thursday at Bancroft Park we have concerts and all summer long we have festivals and a Friday Night Art Walk.

The house was exactly as pictured but even better in person!!

My husband and I stayed for just a few nights here though almost immediately after arriving wished we had booked it for longer! The house is in the perfect location. Close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. The backyard is sweet and lovely to spend the evenings enjoying the amazing Colorado weather. Can't wait to stay again!!

Charming, home away from home

Loved this house so much we were sad to leave. Kitchen has everything travelers need and so much more. Bathroom is beautiful and stocked with extra toiletries. Adorable backyard with patio furniture. Updated décor throughout the house. Beds are comfortable. Looks clean and smells clean. Conveniently close to many touristic attractions and the historic West Side. Owner responds quickly to questions. Would highly recommend.
