Perfectly placed peaceful retreat!

This is our second year at this lovely property. Jean-Marie and Martine are so lovely and welcoming. We find the location of the house perfect. It is located close to cycle paths that take you to town, beach and lake but in a peaceful location amongst the pine trees, There is a lovely private garden and red squirrels visit for a nut or two. The house has everything you could need and is scrupulously clean. Beds very comfortable. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

We have just had a fabulous family holiday - we are a family of four our children are 7 and 9 years!

The house is located in a very beautiful and peaceful area next to the golf course and forest. The house itself was perfect for a family of four. It was immaculately clean and fully equipped. A real home from home. Lots of lovely touches from the owners. Our hosts were so welcoming and incredibly helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The house is conveniently located near the cycle paths and it was really easy to get into town. The lake and sea , although a little further, were easy to get to also. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. We hope to return one day.

Lovely house

The house is very well furnished and equipped. Open plan area inside is good and the kitchen is easy to work in. The bedrooms are small but fine. The house was scrupulously clean. The photographs don't really do the house justice - it is much better in reality. The weather was great so we spent all of our time on the patio. If is very peaceful and private. A couple of red squirrels came down to visit every morning. The hosts are lovely and despite our lack of French made us very welcome. It is a short cycle or walk into town along the cycle path. Actually might take longer to drive - so it was great to have bikes. All in - a great place to stay when visiting Lacanau.

Parfait

Accueil au top, petite maison dans les pins à 10 mn de vélo du centre (2 vélos fournis), au calme sans vis à vis. Une maison très propre et rénové avec tout le confort moderne dans laquelle on se sent bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous ne pouvons que recommander.
