Flat above the market - very handy but unfortunately the communal hallway isn't the freshest. Accommodation itself was clean, perfectly functional and practical but probably not given a lot of attention recently. Washing machine didn't work (owners notified), hoover attachment but no hoover. Affordability an honest reflection of that.

"The apartment was in an excellent position and although near a busy area it was not noisy at night and we slept very well. The apartment was clean and had every amenity necessary. We had a very good time there.Thank you."

"The family were kind, friendly and helpful and there to meet us. The apartment was in a fantastic position, yards from the harbour, easy to get croissant for breakfast and spoilt for choice for evening meals. The windows were well fitting and so there was no noise or disturbance.The apartment was clean and newly fitted. Saint Martin is a great base for a holiday. Our family hired bikes and cycled the beach and were able to enjoy the very pretty island."

Appartement très bien situé au dessus du marché, très calme et agréable . Description conforme. Il ne manque rien , tout est parfait . De plus l appartement est spacieux et très propre. Un petit plus, un garage est à disposition très près de l appartement c est très appréciable

Merci, nous reviendrons car c était très bien , propriétaire très sympa.

D ailleurs je vais recommander cet appartement à des amis

Appartement idéalement situéc

Appartement idéalement situé au-dessus du marché de St Martin ( et pourtant, aucune nuisance sonore !). Spacieux, confortable, et le plus : la place de parking à 2 mn à pied ( où rentre sans problème un C3 Picasso en plus des vélos). Accueil agréable, et toute la documentation à disposition sur place. Si nous revenons à l'iîle de ré, nous referosn le choix de cet appartement.
