Interior and exterior new windows just replaced and bathroom renewed.
2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the possibility of adding a cot for children for free, the other with two single beds), lounge with comfortable sofa bed for one and a half, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, terrace, large shared garden and free parking in front of the house.

Clean, good value, with excellent outdoor space.

Property was clean and had everything required for a homeaway stay. Tatiana was very friendly and helpful and replied to all our questions very quickly. We stayed in one of the hottest weeks that Garda has ever had and Tatiana was able to get us a portable air conditioning unit at no charge to us to stop us from melting in the heat. The house is very comfortable with good outdoor space. The free shuttle bus that stops at the end of the road works very well taking you to and from the Lake. The house is located in a very quiet residential area and it is possible to walk down to Lake Garda taking about 20 minutes. We would like to thank Tatiana for a great stay and for being a great host and helping us out when we needed it.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Eine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht! Liebevoll eingerichtet, was man benötigt steht zur Verfügung. Sehr unkomplizierte Vermieterin, wir waren mit 3 Hunden und Kleinkind da. Grosser Garten, perfekt für Hundebesitzer. Die Fliesen des Bades sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, ist jedoch nicht, da ich ja schliesslich die Wohnung nicht aufgrund des Badezimmers gemietet habe ;) Das Bett war ganz ok. See, restaurants zu fuss in 15-20min erreichbar, mit dem auto innerhalb von 3-5minuten. Wir haben dort tolle Ferien verbracht und können die Wohnung empfehlen!

Zu teuer für lieblose Wohnung

Lieblos eingerichtete Wohnung. Muffiges 70er Jahre Bad mit braunen Fliesen. 2. Schlafzimmer winzig mit viel zu kurzen Betten. Alte und schlechte Matrazen. Wenig gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild des Hauses und Gartens. Dafür viel zu teuer.

Super Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Tatianas Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Nähe zu ein paar guten Restaurants muss hier auch nochmals erwähnt werden. Danke Tatiana
