About this property

This beautiful house is located in Brovinje, a little picturesque village near the sea. The first natural beaches are distanced only 2 km, the sea is very clean, and the beaches are excellent also for kids. The access is easy by car and the beaches are not overcrowded even in high season. The first grocery shop and bars are also at 2 km. In the local area you can rent a boat or take a kayak trip. There are walking paths that starts right from the house, and the village is very calm. The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a big bathroom, and a small living room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and WLAN is reliable and fast. On the back of the house there is a relaxing garden with barbecue and a nice garden sofa with a view on a vineyard and forest. The back garden and the front terrace are fully fenced, and pets (max 2) are welcome. The first recommended restaurants with local and international food are distanced 10 km. The nearby city Labin has a nice old town, museum, churches and good restaurants. Welcome to Istria!

Fantastic rural retreat in Istria

The house is well equipped - air con, fly screens, great bbq, kitchen gear, wi-fi. It's a proper escape. Beautiful.

Quiet and uncomplicated

Our holiday here was beautiful! It's a prime location for self-sufficient people. If you're considering renting this location, you can rely on good communication with the owner. The online description was accurate. The large refridgerator was great. The kitchen was well-equpped with almost everything we wanted. The grill in the back was clean. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a nice luxury. Be aware that the cleaning crew may arrive promptly at 10 am on your departure day. We would definitely rent here again!

Prachtige omgeving, maar we moesten met onze 2 honden nogal ver rijden voor een hondenstrand. Maar de uitzichten maakte dat ook weer goed

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. In der Beschreibung vom Anbieter war alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Die naheliegende Strände sind sehr sehr schön!!!
