The ground floor apartment is well situated on a secure gated and well maintained complex; The apartment is spacious with the front patio overlooking the pool also having a rear patio which is private and secure. Spacious accommodation with open plan lounge diner, a long galley fully fitted kitchen with

dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, oven/ hob and microwave. Master bedroom has en-suite with bath and shower, wardrobes and a double bed, second bedroom has wardrobes, twin single beds with patio doors onto the rear patio, Bed linen and towels are included, beach towels are excluded. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning, wifi internet, and very easy access to the pool. The complex has two communal swimming pools, a children’s playground and beautiful gardens. It is excellently located, only a ten minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Regular bus service into Mojacar is available every hour where you will find an array of restaurants and shops. Vera aqua park, Go Carting, Sports Centre, Pool, Tennis and other activities are all within very easy access.

Very clean and well stocked. Ideal for the children

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will probably be back next year. Christine is very accommodating regarding arrival times to link in with flights

We didn’t have a car but there was plenty to do. Visits to the beach and catching the bus into Garrucha on market day for churros and chocolate was a highlight for the children. They were more than happy to play in the pool and visit a local restaurant in the evening

Must make a special mention for the Gateway to India restaurant just round the corner from the appartment. The food was excellent and the staff were well dressed and very friendly. Their Mojito cocktail is the best we’ve ever had.

This the best apartment I have ever stayed in

Have nothing but praise for this holiday apartment. Very clean and in good repair. Well stocked and well equipped. The pool was clean and the grassed area around was well maintained. The children spent most of the time in there. Just a short stroll to the beach and there are several places to eat and to buy supplies

Visits to Mojocar and Garrucha are a must and easily reached by bus

Bianka met us at the apartment and gave us a lot of information about local places to eat and visit

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at this very well equipped and homely apartment, it was a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the area. It easily has enough space for another two couples or even a large family. We were very well welcomed by Bianka who met us (quite late at night) and showed us around the apartment, and was on hand should we need her for anything .

I have stayed in the area several times and can honestly say that this location is the right mix of privacy and centrality with very easy access to Mojácar, Garrucha, and a host of mini villages and coastal spots nearby. You can walk to the very big and clean beach in 10 minutes. There are a few restaurants and bars dotted along the front too.

We rented a car as we did lots of exploring, but there were many of buses and taxis available, and quite a few people cycled along the beach paths/ roads.

Christine has a folder which is packed with all the local information you need to know. However, if you want to explore a bit further afield, we easily travelled to the Sorbas caves, Tabernas (Oro del Desierto, Olive Oil), San Jose and other beaches, and went to see the flamingos down near Almeria. Níjar is a good shopping spot for rugs and ceramics. The roads are so quiet and easy to drive on too! (You can rent a car in Mojácar as I have done before).

There are lots of nice places to eat locally, a Lidl just up the road too, and there is even a couple of take-away options too! (Dragon 2).

The pool area was really relaxing, clean and just outside the apartment. The two patio areas are great and well equipped.

One tip would be to learn a couple of basic phrases as there is a mix of English and Spanish residents and restaurant, bar owners.

We will definitely come back here in the future!

A week in the lovely sunshine

Second visit to this lovely flat and location. Loved it the first time and even more the second time. The apartment is fab and is well maintained with everything you could possibly need, a definite home from home. We just loved sitting out on the patio area in the sun which is overhead all day, also a beautiful communal pool to use which is secure and immaculate with a spa pool beside it which I spent a lot of time in. Puerto Rey has lots of local shops and nearby restaurants to eat out in which are fabulous. Victors is a nearby pub which serves local tapas and a mean glass of wine and a vvv cold san Miguel in the sunshine.(Just loved sitting out here and chilling out during the day). Plenty of places to visit, a market to visit each day in nearby towns if you wish. The day in Mojacar was great, old mojacar town is well worth a visit, quaint little village with lots of cafe's and restaurants to visit. And don't forget to visit my favourite Merca China, a shop across from the apartment which sells everything you could possibly ever need. We will be back soon.

Highly recommended accommodation and location.

I can’t speak highly enough of the apartment and the location. There’s definitely something for everyone here, to make it an amazing holiday whatever your preferences.

The accommodation and the complex are a very high standard of cleanliness and spec and there was sun on the terraces all of the day.

Plenty to do nearby accessible on foot and there’s regular buses around the area if you haven’t got a car. There are so many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets and the local markets too are a must see, and the people so friendly.

The photos don't do it justice and the sunsets are amazing.

I cannot recommend it highly enough.
