Luxurious ground floor property with perfect location and stunnings views

Luxurious ground floor apartment on Boavista Golf & Spa Resort. Ideally located with stunning views and excellent on-site facilities. The Lakeview apartments are among the newest on the Boavista development and are larger and more luxurious than the earlier built apartments. The property is ideal for children with front and rear private gardens. Cot and highchair hire available on request. Luxuriously appointed throughout with air conditioning, full satelite TV package(including sky)and DVD, large LCD TV in lounge and flatscreen TV's in the bedrooms. Private front and rear garden/patios with patio furniture on both. South facing rear garden with loungers and BBQ facilities and spectacular views of golf course and lake. Large heated swimming pool and smaller heated childrens pool in a private area accessed by key cards. Ample sunbeds and umbrellas and lots of space round the pool. Also large indoor heated pool at the Spa complex. All Boavista facilities within walking distance including golf, tennis, football, childrens playground, golf academy and driving range, spa and clubhouse including both formal and casual eating facilities.

Great Luxuary apartment Lakeview

I stayed at your apartment first week in May 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Your apartment has absolutely fabulous views across the golf course - the

very best on the course I think. We have stayed on Lakeview resort a number of years but this has to be the best apartment we have stayed in.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and has everything we

needed for our holiday.

I would have no reservation whatsoever recommending your apartment to

anyone in fact I would encourage it

and as such I have already booked for May 2016.

A first class resort

Boavista is a first class resort, Everything from the grounds, golf course to the pool and club house and all immaculate. The apartment was very well kept, clean, very spacious and extremely well equipped. The vista from the rear patio was stunning and has the sun till around 6. The apartment is brilliantly located, just 100 metres from the largest ( and best ) pool on Boavista. We found the bedrooms also extremely spacious with amazing wardrobes - Beds a little on the hard side, but we slept very well. We found the location to be extremely peaceful.

We visited the club house for dinner on several occasions, very nice, reasonable and popular. The BBQ night in the summer was VERY popular. This property is currently maintained by Careways ( not all are) who was first class, we had a problem with the TV and they came and fixed straight away. We also had a daily maid, which was great.

good but could be better

Overall this apartment is very good, however the outside patio chairs, two of which could do with being replaced as they are torn and tatty. Quite a lot of traffic noise being reasonably close to the main feeder road through the estate, lots of construction traffic passes by all day due to continued building of new properties.Swimming pool area very close by is superb, apart from 'pool rules' being totally ignored by most people especially those with a ball!!

Very nice furnishings, comfy beds and excellent golf course views.

It's really disappointing re your comments regarding noise as so many others on this website and on Owners Direct website have taken the time to comment that the apartment is so peaceful and quiet and that is certainly the way we have found it on our stays, and I am genuinely struggling to see how you were troubled with noise! We have replaced the chairs that you mentioned as being tatty. We do take consolation with the number of continued repeat bookings we receive and the fact we have been fully booked from Feb through to Nov this year. Kind regards. Craig

Owner's Response: "While getting a 5 star testimonial from a renter is always great news, to maintain the very high standards that we set for our property we also need to keep working at any areas of feedback. Since this testimonial was posted we have now implemented a daily maid service (inclusive in the price of the rental). A professional cleaning company come in and clean the property daily, and change the towels and bed linen twice per week - the feedback we have had on this over the last rental season has been superb. We have also left some ant killer in the apartment in case any random ants re-appear on the outside patio/barbecue area!"

"The resort was lovely and the service was great. We had, in my opinion, the best view of all the apartments. The accomodation was beautiful and everything was proper and clean. We didn't even notice our neighbours and the look over the golfcourse is great. Everything you needed was present in the apartment and the luxury of having an oven, a microwave and dishwasher is super. And last but not least, there are some beautiful beaches in and around Lagos."

Car: recommended

Faro Airport is 45 minutes away and the Boavista Resort is very easily found via motorway driving. The property has an ideal location in the Western Algarve being within 5 minutes drive of both the lovely historic city of Lagos and the beach resort of Luz. Lagos is a historic fishing town where old cobbled streets contrast the vibrant Yacht Marina. Luz is a beautiful beach resort providing family waterfront activities and a lovely beach. There are literally hundreds of restaurants, bars and cafes in Lagos and Luz.

Situated within the Boavista Golf and Spa Resort with Championship Golf Course, golf academy and driving range, swimming pools, tennis courts, football pitch, childrens playground, and clubhouse with both formal and casual eating facilities. The newly opened spa has a large indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, full gymnasium, and spa treatments. Boavista Championship Golf Course is a par 72, 6053m course. The Western Algarve is renowned for its beaches with lots of small sandy coves along the expanse of sandy coastline. Lagos offers a great local fruit and veg market on Saturdays and on the 1st Saturday of each month there is a gypsy market near the bullring. Lagos offers the usual shops as well as a great number of places of historic interest.
