Villa with air conditioning and a nice private swimming pool with a large fenced garden close to the beautiful beaches and creeks in Las Tres Calas – Ametlla de Mar.

This villa, spread out on two levels, is spacious, comfortable and very functional.

On the first floor atand 3 big bedrooms, bright and colorful: the two first ones with two single beds in each and the third one which is the main bedroom with a double bed, large storage closet, the air conditioning and a direct way out, using a glass door, to a pleasant covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs and from which you can see the house's private swimming pool.

On this same level, there is a large complete bathroom with a bathtub.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fourth bedroom, with a double bed and big storage closet, a complete bathroom with a shower, a large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a big fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooktop, oven and microwave, etc.... and a larke surface of work, as well as a pleasant living room with a beautiful and comfortable corner sofa-bed, and a dining area.

In both the living room and the kitchen, wide picture windows allow direct access to the big ground floor covered terrace, comfortably fitted out with table, chairs, sun blind and stone barbecue.

Facing the terrace stands the beautiful private swimming pool with Roman stairs, sun beds, outdoor shower, perfect for the young and not-so-young, and the well maintained garden.

In this property which is entirely fenced, you can park up to 3 cars.

Very well maintained and completely equipped, this house makes available to you a complete equipment, a quality furnishing, a decoration with much cared details, and includes the Wifi Internet connection.

If you want, the linen (sheets and shower towels) can be provided to you (to be confirmed beforehand), just as the air conditioning which is also available as an optional service (50 Euros per weel to be paid on arrival).

A 60 Euros fee is to be provided on arrival to cover the cost of final cleaning.

Very well located, in a quiet and wooded residential area, it stands only 2 kms from the very beautiful creek of Cala Forn in Las Tres Calas – Ametlla de Mar, you get there easily driving and have no hard time park on the beach front – This is a beach which is very much appreciated by tourists coming along in the area : it has been fitted out with lifeguard, showers, toilets, a beach hut in the sand, etc...

At the entrance of the housing scheme of Las Tres Calas, you'll find a little shopping centre with supermarket, restaurant, bar, chemist, etc... and, for further shopping, the centre of Ametlla de Mar stands about 4 kms from there, with its port, train station, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Bon séjour

Bon séjour mais quelques points négatifs expliqués au propriétaire lors de notre départ : belle maison idéale pour 2 couples avec 4 enfants mais trop petite pour 7 adultes. La piscine est plus petite que sur la photo mais très agréable. Il n'y a que 4 bains de soleil, alors que la location est prévue pour 8 personnes. La table sur la terrasse est bien pour 6 personnes maximum, heureusement qu'il y avait une petite table sur la terrasse dans la chambre du haut. Les propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes et très à l'écoute des locataires.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré tout.

Maison, jardin et piscine très agréables.

Maison spacieuse et agréable, terrasse idéalement exposée, piscine suffisante (>2m à l'extrémité) et bien entretenue. Clim séjour et 1 chambre à l'étage. Proximité de la route mais bruit peu gênant (quartier calme). Un peu loin des plages et du centre (voiture indispensable), mais supérette à 2 pas. Beaucoup de déco inutile, par contre il manque du matériel basique (couverts, plats, porte-serviettes,...). Pbs électricité salle d'eau et écoulement réfrigérateur non résolus à notre départ. Qques coupures d'eau. Propriétaire parlant exclusivement espagnol. Excellent séjour à 8 adultes malgré tout.

« Las Tres Calas » is a residential area with villas to be found 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 12 Kms from Miami Playa, and 4 Kms from the centre of Ametlla de Mar.

In Las Tres Calas' housing scheme, there is a little shopping centre with supermarket, shops, and restaurants as well as a very beautiful hiking route to discover creeks of an unsuspected beauty.

Ametlla de Mar is a fishing village where you'll find all kinds of facilities such as many little restaurants with traditional gastronomy, the fishing port with its fish market, as well as a pretty maritime promenade which goes along the fine sand beaches of this little resort.

This tourist region, quiet and ideal for families, is known for the great beauty of its beaches and creeks where high pine trees are reflected in their crystal turquoise waters.

About 35 Kms from there stands Salou, Costa Dorada's tourist capital resort, known for its large fine sand beaches and maritime promenades with palm trees, fountains, shops and restaurants as well as for its many tourist activities such as, for example, the famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the biggest ones all over Europe.
