wonderful apartment

We booked this at very short notice(2 days) and Natcho was brilliant in sorting things out at such short notice .On arrival we discovered a lovely apartment in a quiet location about 10 mins out of Denia by bus. 5 mins walk from beach and a couple of bars. Pool was excellent although the grassed area lead to some insect bites. We were met by Maribel, who showed us the underground car park which was extremely secure ,even if the spaces were a bit tight ( maybe it was over caution on my part with a hire car) Maribel spoke little /no English which made it a little difficult to get any information on location of supermarkets and other local information. The apartment was lovely and airy with 3 balconies as described, the largest overlooking the pool area. We had all the equipment we could need for the beach provided including chairs and umbrellas. Had a few issues with there being no English manuals for the TV, dishwasher or washing machine but we managed to work them with help of the info sheet that Natcho had provided. There are plenty of guides to the surrounding area in a folder but again not in English. We cooked for ourselves most evenings and found all the pots and pans we could possibly have needed. We went to Valencia by train from Xeraco which cost 9euros each return and was far more convenient than driving all the way into Valencia centre. We though we were going to Alicante by train too, but the line was being dug up.

Wifi was extremely useful in planning our days and all in all we had a really good time

Would we go back? -Absolutely !!

View of sea & mountains & scent of orange blossom

We stayed in this apartment for 5 months and Nacho was able to offer us a favourable long-term rental rate.

All facilities and services were as described and of a high standard. On one occasion an appliance needed repair and this was attended to speedily.

The apartment complex is well maintained with attractive gardens and is conveniently located for local amenities including the beach and bus service.

We enjoyed the local cycle-ways and "Via Verde"., The nearby village of Els Poblets and towns of Ondara and Denia are easily reached by bicycle. Denia has a busy port and marina with boat trips on offer, regular markets and the lovely public swimming pool offers spa facilities.

We enjoyed the sun and the weeks flew by.

Pasamos en el ático una semana en Junio y todo de 10, tanto por su situación, en una urbanización muy tranquila y cercana a la playa, como por lo cómodo,, equipado, limpio y cuidado que lo tiene el propietario. Fue muy amable a nuestra llegada. Ideal la piscina, la cual se disfruta mucho y el tener esas maravillosas terrazas le da mucha vida a la estancia allí. Fuimos solo dos personas, pero el ático es ideal también para familias. Desde luego, totalmente recomendable. 10 de 10.
