We thought it would be fun to fix up an old beater like this. Twelve years later, we're almost finished!
5 walking minutes from Historic Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Plaza.
We were very impressed with the excellent condition of the woodwork considering it is 112 years old. Very good workmanship on the original floor boards. The suite was well maintained. All the appliances and heater system worked well. The amenities and cleanliness was excellent. The owner, Kerrie, visited us and wanted to be sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. She handled all the preliminaries (door key code, parking space assignments, arrival details, departure details, etc) by text and email which was very easy to follow. We would recommend it to our friends and relatives. It is only a block from all the downtown shops and restaurants, very convenient.
We've stayed here two years in a row and love it every time. Owner is accessible and makes sure the place is always in great shape. Highly recommend.
Unit was very clean at check in. The two of us had a lot of room to spread out for our one week stay while house hunting in Prescott. Wifi worked fine after some initial connection issues. We rebooted the router to connect the first time, then no issues. Great central location. Off street parking was nice to have. We would stay again.
Nice two bedroom one bath apartment. Clean and very close to the square. The owner is very accommodating and sees to any needs that may arise.
Enjoyed our stay at the Copeland. Perfect location walking distance to town. Clean and fully equipped with all the essentials we needed. Loved Prescott lots to do and see.
We enjoyed our 3 week stay at this Historic Home in Prescott. Within walking distance of all the downtown restaurant, galley's and stores.
We stayed at this property for 2 months while we were "snowbirding" and could not have felt more at home!!! The apartment is well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Kerrie (owner) is very responsive and helpful. The location is great, one block from "Whiskey Row" and the courthouse square. The apartment had lots of storage, the appliances were top quality, parking was very convenient. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
Sharlot Hall Museum is three blocks away with lots of cool history from early pioneers to Prescott and Arizona Territory.
