Part of the Golf Villas of the Kapalua Resort, we just completed our remodel of our home last year and from all accounts from our guests we apparently did it right! We would like to share with you the last testimonial from our guest, which says it all.
'When we arrived around 11pm after 11 hours of flying we found the unit spotless, the entry lights were on and everything worked perfectly. Notwithstanding my wife and I found it comforting to see it so well prepared.... thank you! The attention to detail, colour and comfort sets this villa apart in a most favorable way. The kitchen is so well equipped, it would encourage one not to make reservations, but to eat at home! The westerly view between Molokai and Lanai makes every sunset a spectacle! The comfort and privacy of two well equipped en suite bedrooms makes this villa feel more like a home. It is apparent (this is the part we love reading) that the owner is mindful of the subtleties and needs that make guests feel welcome. The furnishings, the exposure and the use of tropical colors makes this villa always appear bright and fresh and in terms of location and vistas from the Kapalua Golf Villas, this unit should rank as the #1 favorite...we will be asking for this villa again. Nice yes! We now feature INTERNET access as an extra convenience. If you're arriving late in the evening you might want to take advantage of our grocery service. Once confirmed our agent will send you a grocery list and all you do is check off the items you wish to have stocked prior to your arrival. It's so easy and very reasonably priced.
King bed is in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen has all modern appliances of course and the both full bathrooms feature beautiful granite counter tops and designer tiles.... it's very luxurious!
The lanai is very large and great for outdoor dining and sunbathing. When you ready for the beach just pick up the phone and call the courtesy shuttle provided by the Kapalua Resort. They provide door to door service to the Kapalua beaches, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts and shopping.You may also enjoy the use of the Ritz's spa and fitness facility for a nominal fee, just stop by the spa desk located in their lobby.

Wonderful stay!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Kapalua Golf Villa, very quiet, beautiful view and access to amazing beaches!!! Only item that needs improvement is the couch hide-a-bed mattress, it needs to be replaced, simply not usable. We will definitely book this unit again or another unit in the complex, really enjoyed the chill vibe and location!

The Kapalua Golf Villas are now my favorite place to vacation anywhere! Can't rave enough about the stunning views & perfect location! We stayed in this villa for 9 nights, and it came fully stocked with everything we needed. Layout was perfect for our family of six. My husband and I took the smaller, more private bedroom with its own patio and amazing view. The free resort shuttle was awesome and we used it a lot when the small beach parking lot was full. The beach had terrific snorkeling and paddle boarding, very idyllic. We also loved walking to the Honolua Store for food and souvenirs. My very favorite thing was running every morning on the Kapalua Coastal Trail. Absolutely fabulous! Cannot wait to come back here!!
The condo was tremendous fit for our family
Our family summer vacation in your unit was just excellent. Loved the size of condo. Didn't realize it was that big by the pictures. Even the lanai was roomy. You take great care of the place for it being a rental. Very tidy, very clean. My wife and I really liked the serene and quiet nature of the area. It's not overrun with too many tourists. Coming from Texas, it gave us that nice paradise vibe we were looking for. The kids found some sweet local beaches that they went to daily. No one wanted to go home when it was time. I Will take those memories with me forever! Especially poignant as the kids are heading off to college. My wife and I thank you so much.

I wanted to drop you a quick note lauding your efforts. You recently provided us accommodations at the Golf Villa Resort and we wanted to thank you so much for an excellent, fulfilling, and relaxing stay at your condo. The five of us fit great, and we didn't feel cramped, very roomy. My wife was really impressed by the condition and state of the condo and furniture. She's a stickler for cleanliness. We've actually transferred condos mid-vacation before because the condo we rented was "dirty". So if you can impress her, you can impress anyone. Everyone, especially the kids, liked having the cable TV and wifi. I didn't have to wait to watch my summer shows until we got back and the internet was also surprisingly fast. Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize your efforts. I hope we can come back again. I sure wouldn't mind golfing that Kapalua course again.
Everything great
Everything was so seamless and easy! The management team was very responsive, professional and
helpful. There was far more available to
us in this unit than we would have expected... Two sets of beach towels, plenty of
appliances in the kitchen, additional linens for the bed, etc. The view, the location, the
shuttle service, the price... all
unbeatable. This is our third time to Maui and our 5th place to stay. By far, this surpassed our
expectations.
