Centrally located in a quiet street approximately 180yards from Kennington Tube station ( which has quick and direct lines to the South bank, West End and City) a large and well appointed studio flat.

Laid out to high standards and with its own front door. The accommodation comprises of an entrance vestibule leading to the bay fronted studio room furnished with a comfortable double bed, and sofa, television and period features. A hall with storage and hanging space leads through to a bright and airy eat-in kitchen fitted with cooker, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A modern shower room and further store with washing machine.

Decorated in neutral colours with a mixture of antique and modern furniture.

A perfect base for either a business or pleasure trip.

A Wonderful Stay in Kennington

We stayed in this lovely little flat for 5 nights in September, 2007, and had an excellent time. Simon, the owner of the flat, was very friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. The studio itself is delightfully decorated and cozy, with a comfy queen sized bed and couch for lounging. The kitchen is bright and cheerful, and is very well stocked with utensils to make cooking meals very easy. The bathroom is a little smaller than expected, but it was all we really needed for our stay.

The walk to the Kennington Tube Station is a breeze, and takes less than 2 minutes to get there. We were in Central London for sightseeing in less than 15 minutes altogether, so the location of Kennington is fantastic!

We walked with ease to the Tesco nearby for groceries, as it was not even a 10 minute walk, and there are numerous restaurants and pubs in the area, many of which Simon was able to recommend to us.

All in All, we had a wonderful stay, and we will definately return for another stay sometime soon!

Absolutely perfect!

I booked this property for my daughter and her friend for their stay in London. I wanted to be sure I had all aspects of their trip secured, and Simon did an incredible job of answering my (many) questions in a timely and thoughtful manner. This property is just steps away from the underground, so the girls found it easy to get to the city center quickly and start enjoying their day. Once they got back home in the US, the girls gushed about how lovely the home was and what a great location it was for their three days exploring London. I thought the reasonable price was too good to be true, but we were all more than satisfied with the outcome. I should also mention how kind Simon was. We needed a few adjustments to our plan, and he was pleasant and understanding with us as we worked through them. If I ever find myself in London again, I'll be looking to book this property for our stay!

Great location, nice & clean, good amenities.

Perfectly location to tube. Awesome coffee shop around the corner (Sally White). Owner very helpfull and always available. Nice large kitchen if you need to cook anything but also very close to restaurants. Bed is a double bed rather than a queen so just be aware.

Perfect flat - convenient and comfortable

Flat was lovely and Simon was the perfect host. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Kennington, a two minute walk to the underground station, and only a few more steps to a grocery store. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to eat in for breakfast and get going early to the sights of London. Small bathroom, but with a roomy modern shower, provided almost instant hot water. Add a comfortable bed, and we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to return.

Perfect for our London visit

Nicely situated for quick metro access to all of London's sights. Located in Kennington on a quiet side street with metro, shops and pubs within a short walk. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, the suite is well furnished, clean and comfortable. We'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodations in London.

Kennington lies just south of the Thames and only one and a half miles from the geographical centre of London.

Close to the tourist spots of the South Bank, Borough Market , City and West End. Great transport links with Tube, Bus and Rail. Minutes away is the delightful Clever Square with its traditional English pub which provides an excellent spot to sit on a summers evening and relax. Good local restaurants....as well as the swanky central ones.
