Soggiorno a villa Emilia

Eravamo un gruppo di 3 famiglie e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il sig. Sebastiano è stato attento e presente per ogni cosa fosse necessaria. La Villa è molto bella in posizione collinare eccellente. Accessoriata di tutto quanto necessario e perfetta per le calde sere estive.

"La maison est très bien ...

"La maison est très bien située au calme, elle est très spacieuse,superbe terrasse permettant de prendre les repas à l''extérieur. La maison est très bien équipée,seuls quelques ustensiles sont à améliorer (séchoir , cafetière). Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible si necessaire. Excellent séjour à AVOLA , location à conseiller. "

Silenzio e fresco

Abbiamo trascorso l'ultima settimana di agosto a Villa Emilia. Eravamo un gruppo di 12 persone formato da 4 gruppi familiari, 4 adolescenti, 2 bambini e 6 adulti. La distribuzione delle camere su due piani ha permesso di dare autonomia agli adolescenti che hanno molto gradito dormire nella stessa stanza al pian terreno, dove godevano deiloro spazi. Le stanze del piano superiore sono tutte confortevoli, due di queste hanno il bagno in camera, uno dei 3 bagni ha l'accesso dal corridoio. In un bagno forse andrebbe aggiunto qualche superficie di appoggio in più dove poter appoggiare un necessaire o altro. Le stanze del pian terreno sembrano essere un po' meno confortevoli a detta dell'unico adulto che ha dormito nella seconda stanza disponibile. Per il resto abbiamo molto apprezzato la piscina, tenuta bene e pulita. In particolare i ragazzi hanno trascorso diverso tempo a giocare in acqua e a giocare a ping pong. La casa è in collina, a più di 400 metri sul livello del mare, dove sorgeva il vecchio centro abitato di Avola. Per la sua posizione può risultare un po' scomodo raggiungere gli abitati vicini, anche per fare la spesa, ma ha l'indubbio vantaggio di essere molto tranquilla e fresca anche nelle serate più calde d'estate. Grazie ai proprietari, sono stati gentili ed accoglienti!

Super séjour !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sebastiano. La maison est superbe avec 5 chambres et ces 5 salles de bains ainsi que la piscine. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Sicile. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances . Merci à Sébastiano et sa famille pour leur gentillesse. Natacha

Vacanza molto piacevole

Ho trascorso due bellissime settimane con la mia famiglia ed amici come ospite del Sig. Sebastiano. La casa si presta ad ospitare gruppi numerosi perché è dotata di 5 camere, 5 bagni, spazi dove poter pranzare e cenare tutti insieme ed un grande giardino recintato, quindi molto adatta anche a gruppi con bambini. È dotata di qualsiasi accessorio, comprese lavastoviglie e lavatrice, non manca davvero nulla. Si trova ad Avola antica, zona collinare e fresca, a circa 8-10 km dal mare, ma si raggiungono in breve tempo città bellissime come Noto, Ragusa, Siracusa e spiagge meravigliose. E cosa dire del proprietario? Sebastiano e sua moglie Liliana sono stati meravigliosi, due bravissime persone sempre pronte a darci aiuto in caso di bisogno, ci hanno fatto trovare la casa pulitissima e dopo una settimana di soggiorno ci hanno sostituito tutta la biancheria. Consiglio vivamente Villa Emilia a chiunque voglia trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in Sicilia.
