Ideally situated in a residential quarter, 4 kilo mtrs from Catania and airport.

A lovely location for the beach and Catania

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days in October and although it was out of season we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa is in an enclosed secured area with car parking. A beautiful sandy beach is about 30 metres away. The villa and gardens is lovely and well equipped, a barbecue in October was a delight. The host, Isabelle is a charming lady and any issues were swiftly resolved. The local Line D bus to Catania stops at the main gate, there is a 1km walk to the gate.

Tres bonne location a catane

Situee idealement pres de l aeroport sans bruit des avions, cette location a 50 m de la plage est pratique pour les excursions en voiture. Proprete irreprochable, tres complete et Isabelle la gerante tres reactive et parle français.

Campo di mare très bien tenu,propre.gardien à l'ecoute. Location avec tout le confort clim très utile ,le logement fonctionnel à tous les points de vue. Terrasse très agréable ombragée ideale pour petit dejeuner et diner. L'accueil chaleureux d'Isabelle fait le reste grâce à ses explications pour circuler et stationner. Très agréable sejour

A vingt mètres de la plage

Chaleureusement accueillis par la fille de la propriétaire nous avons passé une agréable quinzaine dans cette maison bien équipée à deux pas de la plage. La terrasse que nous avons partagé avec une adorable famille de chats et l'omniprésente musique du voisin d'en face est spacieuse et bien ombragée et nous avons apprécié la présence d'une deuxième salle de douche bien pratique. Cette location est parfaitement bien située pour découvrir cette superbe région.
