The house is composed from 16 bed post (6 matrimonial bedrooms + 4 single beds), dining room with kitchenette, 4 baths (2 in room). Outside a wide porch (80 mq), garden (1000 mq), shower, 8 parking space. Possibility to possess dogs, guaranteed confidentiality, quiet and maximum tranquillity. Casa grande e posti stupendi

La casa è grande ma poco fornita di stoviglie anche se sufficienti x una settimana di vacanza...ha un giardino e un patio bellissimi...unico neo che vicino c'è una scogliera veramente scomoda x arrivare al mare...il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile...i posti an tutti belli ma il periodo di agosto c'è un sovraffollamento al limite dell'esasperazione

Vacanze a Capilungo

La villetta si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa a due passi dal mare, ben attrezzata. Struttura in ottimo stato. Perfetta per famiglie con bambini, grazie al giardino piantumato e completamente cintato, bel porticato esterno vivibilissimo, insomma le fotografie rispettano quanto si trova sul luogo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente torneremo. Ringraziamo il Signor Massimo per la massima disponibilità e cortesia riservataci.

confort e comodità a un prezzo decisamente onesto

Abbiamo affittato entrambe le bifamiliari in 2 famiglie nel mese di giugno. La casa è decisamente comoda sia all'interno che all'esterno. Purtroppo non siamo stati fortunati con il tempo: Faceva freddo e c'era parecchio vento. Questo non ci ha permesso di godere appieno del meraviglioso portico non essendo in alcun modo riparato e attrezzato per questa eventualità. Altro piccolo neo: Le spiagge di sabbia sono raggiungibili solo con l'auto, a piedi troppo lontane. Sicuramente però scegliendo vacanze in un periodo piu caldo e in due famiglie la soluzione é ottimale.
