Modern home and well located

The home is very modern and comfortable. It's well located about 5 minutes drive to Beverly Hills or Santa Monica. Also the cleaning was perfect and gave us a very good sensation. I will raccomend this home. Also the price is OK for this home. I'm a very frequent traveller and have a good comparison trough this i think... You get good value for money!

The only thing I was disappointet was the check in process: it was not well organisated from the owner so I had to wait 30 minutes in front of the house for the access code and the overall access informations. They don't send me the access code 24h before like promised. I was there perfectly on time but I had to wait (in the rain). I will probably stay here again during my next LA visit! I'm sure the check in issue will not happen again...

Excellent Stay for Vacation!

I was very happy with this vacation apartment. My son and I were in town for vacation and the apartment was very close to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and other areas of L.A that were planned to visit. The apartment was very modern and everything looked brand new. It was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space in every room. Washer and dryer was very convenient especially since we were staying for a week. The rooftop deck was amazing, very relaxing and had a great view. We also had our own parking space in the garage and that was nice to have so we didn't have to park on the street. Very nice neighborhood and only 15-20 minutes from the beach. Jonathan was there to greet us upon arrival and also when we were checking out to make sure everything went well. This was the perfect apartment for our vacation and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!

The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished and well-equipped with cookware, plates, utensils, towels, etc. The high end appliances, fixtures and bedding were wonderful. We were met by Jonathan, who showed us around the apartment and building and was our "go-to" person throughout the stay. He was very friendly and helpful and quick to answer questions or help with concerns (like making sure there was butane for the fire pit and bbq grill on the roof deck). And speaking of the roof deck, it was a great bonus and very enjoyable - not to be missed. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. We did not hear any construction noise, as indicated in another review. There is a building under construction two doors down but the work appears to be all inside, so it was not a bother. There is a Ralphs grocery close by but not many places to eat within walking distance. We had a car so that was not a problem. The garage parking spaces were very convenient and great to have. The central AC was nice to have also as there were a couple of pretty warm days while we were there. We also took advantage of the brand new washer and dryer in the unit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this apartment again. You won't be disappointed.

The apartment was very nice, modern, spacious and clean with a garage for the car inside. For us it was the perfect location to visit our son who lives in the same neighbourhood. The roof terras is a very nice place for being outside on top of the same building.

Unfortunately during the day there was a lot of construction noise. But that will end some day.

And the bedrooms have sunshine in the morning, while the "curtains" are thin and it misses a sunscreen.

In summer it will be very warm, maybe that should be changed. We will definitely come back here.
