Ideally located 100 with only the parc Exflora between the building and the beach this flat in the 5th floor has a fantastic wiev. There is an outdoor pool in the residence and the flat is compeletely renovated in 2007/2008

Tres jolie!

The apartement is nice, clean and pretty close to the beach. It has good facilities and is well suited for a couple on vacation. I loved my stay at this place, and hope to return another time.

"This is a very nice flat...

"This is a very nice flat with a fantastic view from the balcony. Sitting on the balcony you can let your eyes rest on the Mediterranean sea and the park Exflora. We have stayed in this flat twice, and we love the short distance to the sea were we enjoy our morning bath, the possibility to by fresh bread – and whatever we need of food - on our way home for breakfast. The flat is well equipped, and the possibility to make your own food is good. But it is also different restaurants in a short walk from the flat. Another important benefit is the private parking in the basement. Both the owner and her helper is very helpful and nice, and we look forward to rent this flat again."

"From the moment we booke...

"From the moment we booked, the owner, although in Norway, was very obliging and ensured that our stay was going to be problem free. We were welcomed by a very pleasant lady that spoke good broken English whom then gave us the keys and told/showed us all that we needed to know both in the apartment and around it. It is worth noting that although the bus stop is known locally as Parc Exflora it is actually signed as Eucalyptus (do not miss it and give yourself a 2 mile walk back with cases etc...like us!!). We found the apartment to be very clean and spacious for us (2 adults and 2 children 12 & 15). The view is beautiful although not SW facing, more S SE we feel, which is great because the sun is off the balcony by lunchtime which helps to keep the room a little cooler due to no air-con although the fan is adequate. During our stay it was peaceful and there was no unruly noise or behaviour from other residents. The pool area was not crowded although more sunbeds would help at weekends. The local supermarket (2-3 mins walk) was reasonably priced and stocked most items. Generally the area is quiet and the 5 minute walk to the sandy beach is pleasant. A further 10 minute walk to the right was Golfe Juan with a good selection of restaurants around the harbour... though little else, but a left turn takes you along a narrow and busy road to Juan les Pins (approx. 20 minutes walk)... Here the streets, bars and restaurants are buzzing all day long... its a nice atmosphere even with the children (no drunkeness or bad behaviour....just nice people and very nice cars!!) We did not hire a car, we relied on the local bus or the very good train service. Overall we had wonderful weather and enjoyed our stay...Thank-you"
