Conveniently located 2-bedroom, 2 bath (full) flat - spacious and comfortable.

Ideally and centrally located for transportation, tranquility, sightseeing and all conveniences. Two double (queen-size) bedrooms, one with ensuite full bath. 2nd full bath (shower/tub) in hallway. Large living/dining area, including double sofa-bed. Fully-equipped kitchen with utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc. All linens (sheets, towels, etc) furnished. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Victoria Station (underground, train, bus) within very short walk. First floor flat with lift. Shared rooftop terrace.

Definitely would recommend

This was the first time I had worked through an online service to find and procure a place to stay in a country we were not from. So you can imagine I was a little worried and kept my fingers crossed. But it all worked out great.

I have to say, we had a great experience working with the owner Jim & Pascale Richards. This flat is the perfect size for 5 located next to Victoria Station with access to Tube, buses, and Taxis. Groceries/pubs/restaurants all close by. I would definitely bring the family back and recommend this for anyone looking for a clean, secure and great location to stay in London. Luisa and Jim were great to work with and flexible with supporting our arrival and departure times.

Thank you Jim, Pascale and Luisa for help making our first trip as a family to London such a memorable one.

Great Location

Apartment is very nice and large. Pics don't show as good as it is. Both bathrooms are remodeled and very nice. WIFI works great. Kitchen is nice as well, although we did not use.

10 minute walk to Buckingham.

Victoria Station is a block away.

If you rent a car, STIX is at the station and you can park overnight in their lot.

Pub at end of the block and another little pastry ice cream shop.

Grocery store is at Victoria station.

Everything you need within a block.

Excellent location, nice property

We had the opportunity to stay here for 7 nights in August. The flat was very conveniently located, near the Victoria tube station, near tour buses and within walking distance of a lot of attractions (Buckingham Palace only about 15 minutes away), shops and restaurants.

The owner was very easy to work with, was always prompt with all communication and kindly accommodated our need to check in early, as we arrived in town prior to noon.

The apartment was very spacious, and had 2 full bathrooms which were very modern.

The only suggestion I would make is to keep a few fans (at least one in each room) as during the summer it can feel pretty warm, specially after a long day sightseeing, and even with the windows open, it takes a while to cool down at night. There was only one small A/C unit in the living room and none in the bedrooms.

I would not hesitate to stay here again, if I visit London again.

FANTASTIC Place

The owner was fabulous to work with, very responsive and trustworthy.

The Place is amazing, large, comfortable and with 2 bathrooms!! Only one portable air conditioner, so you may want to pick up a fan if it is going to be hot.

Location is incredibly convenient. Right next to Victoria Station, 7 min walk to Buckingham Palace. Piccadilly and West End easy to was about 25-30 min. Pub on the corner is good food and Pints at average price... 12.5 pounds for Fish and Chips.

Even though you are right next to Victoria Station you do not hear the trains from the apartment. You may, however, hear people standing outside of the Pub, because everybody goes outside to smoke there.

I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again!!

Nice London Apartment

Six extended family members (four adults, two children) stayed here for a week at the end of November. The apartment was exactly as described. The owner responded quickly to emails, and the local staff did a great job with check-in and check-out. The apartment was next door to a nice pub, and a very short walk to Victoria station and a Sainsbury supermarket. Nice quiet street. I would stay here again.

London in Spring

This flat was the perfect location for the 4 of us with the 2BR/ 2B. It had great access to Victoria Station and everything was very English and we loved the luxury bath towels. We started each day with breakfast we made (Sainsbury local grocery just around the corner) so the fully equipped kitchen was a plus. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer in the flat so we could refresh our clothes before the next part of our trip. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good night rest - however the street noise started very early so we were awakened by 7am each day. Not a problem for us because we were going places each day! The temperature in the flat was warm and the portable A/C was not working so we would have appreciated some fans - especially in the bedrooms. We would definitely come again. Thank you for having us stay with you.
