South Seas Northwest, Tower 4, Condo 304. Beautiful ocean and white sand views right from the balcony of this condo on Marco Island. 2 Bedrooms, features a master bedroom with a king size bed, and one other bedroom with two single beds. 2 Full bathrooms. Sleeps 4 adults, or 6 with children with a living room new pull out full size bed and Pack & Play. Condo has been completely remodeled since 2013, new flooring, paint trim and doors, kitchen cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. All furniture was also new in 2013. Just replaced Master Bedroom Flooring May 2015, new porcelain tile.The inside of our condo is pretty much all new, this is unlike many of the units at the South Seas that are 33 years old. Both bedrooms and the living room have cable TV (approx. 70 channels), wireless internet through out the unit is also provided. Gated complex includes a large outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness room, and tennis courts close buy (fee required for tennis). Balcony opens to master bedroom and living/dining area. With a view of the beach and the gulf of Mexico to the southwest. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Marco Island is at the south end of Florida's west coast and the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful white sand beaches and warm winter temperatures, warm ocean waters, and gentle waves, it is also know as paradise. To give you an idea of the value here, the Marriott just down the beach gets $569 a night in February just for a single hotel room. No smoking, and no pets please. I can accept payment by check, paypal, or through the VRBO instant payment system.

The property is located on beautiful Marco Island, as far south on the Florida west coast and the Gulf of Mexico as properties are available. It is in the sub tropics, with the warm weather and white sand of like the Caribbean Islands. The ocean waters are warm year round. But, this property is in the USA with the very best safety, security, peace of mind, amenities, and health care facilities close by if needed. Marco Island is a very clean and very safe city. There is almost no crime here. Also, the beautiful large outdoor year round heated swimming pool as can be seen over looking the balcony.

What makes this condo unique

White sand beaches, Gulf of Mexico, and warm winter temperatures. The unit is cleaned by a professional cleaning company between guests to the highest standards. Contact me with your dates and I will get back to you with a price quote for the property, There are one week (Saturday to Saturday) rates available depending on the month. Also two week rates are available which qualify for a discount from the standard weekly rates. The condo association for this building requires rentals be a minimum of 7 days. Rentals are available for up to 14 days. The $250 security deposit is completely refundable.

  • Both bedrooms have cable television (approx 100 channels) and wireless internet. The living room has a full size pull out bed, which is suitable for one or two children. These are not really comfortable for an adult in my opinion. Portable Pack & Play is provided for a baby to sleep in. New tile flooring in the Master and second bedroom in July 2017.

Notes:
Pac and Play for a baby to sleep in located in the second bedroom closet. Beachfront white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico right out the door of the condo building. There is also a lagoon close by that is great for kids, they have water buggies and canoes that can be rented.

The condo was beautiful, equipped with everything you will need to make your time there enjoyable and care free. It is in a perfect location on the beach. Frank is a wonderful host and was very acessabe to answer any questions. I would definitely stay again when visiting Marco Island.

"Love it here"

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It is right on the beach and close to everything! The owners put a lot of time into this condo to ensure a great stay for their guests. Pretty spacey and comfortable. Can't say enough great things about this place and the owners. We'll definitely come back on our next stay. Thank you Frank !

This is a wonderful complex

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beach is so close and the pool was awesome. Being on the north end of town we were close to all of the restaurants and stores. Would come again.
