Fabulous place to stay

We just stayed for two weeks in this property in Agua Amarga. It was a great choice, the property is clean, fresh and spacious. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. Very comfortable beds and hot water. Agua Amarga is a nice village, most shops were closed at this time of year but we were able to buy bread and groceries in the local shop. Agua Amarga has a fantastic beach, probably the best in terms of calm water to swim in and having showers and toilets on the beach. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach from the apartment. There are lots of walks from the village which my husband enjoyed every morning.

Only two things would improve the property- a lamp/ working light in the lounge area and some sunloungers/ comfortable chairs for the roof. Other than that it was perfect and we hope to return. There is lots of parking outside and the village is great to access lots of things to do. Usually v quiet- the nearby burger van was noisy on a Friday and Saturday but stopped quite early and did not bother us. Would recommend this area for winter sun and this property to families. Supermarket in Carboneras and we enjoyed visiting the market in Garruche on Fridays.

Nice tranquil location in...

Nice tranquil location in a the heart of a natural reservr. The pueblo itself is very cute and almost unspoilt by massive tourism. a great beach lays within a 2 mins walk from the appartment. No problem with parking as a vast parking lot is sitauted right in front of the appartment complex. Mercadona supermarket in Carboneras provides all types of fresh food for self catering.

Nice house, very complete...

Nice house, very complete. Clean. Only a pity the swimming pool was not available in June. The owner solved the problem very quickly for us, so we could use the swimmingpool. Thank you owner. Remember that june in the south of Spain is high summer for us nothern Europeens.

"Very Nice location. The ...

"Very Nice location. The apartament was fully equipped. The beach was very near. Everything has been perfect. We are a family with 2 daughets of 10 and 8. They enojed the beach, the swimming pool.

We apprecited also the fact that the location was near to many other beaches that we were able to visit."

Agradable.

Una casa bien situada, junto a la playa, decoración moderna y sencilla, todos los enseres nuevos. Una tele plana en el salón y otra más pequeña en el dormitorio. Espaciosa y las piscinas de la urbanización son amplias y están muy limpias. Como único "pero" : un sólo ventilador que ya en junio resulta escaso, demasiado calor y la casa no da a la zona de piscinas directamente.

Owner's Response: Agradecemos y tomamos nota de todas las sugerencias para seguir mejorando la casa. En cuanto a la piscina es un tema que ya se conoce cuando se alquila la casa. En las imágenes indicamos claramente que el acceso a la piscina no es directo. De hecho la mayoría de inquilinos lo valoran como una ventaja más que como una desventaja ya que puedes disfrutar y hacer uso de ella sin sufrir el ruido ( bastante molesto en ocasiones ) de los niños. La casa goza de una independencia y privacidad que el resto de viviendas de la urbanización no tienen. Gracias
