"A wonderful little flat ...

"A wonderful little flat to rent for a week by the sea in beautiful St Malo. The owner was very helpful and the flat was homely, clean and very well stocked with kid's beach items which went down well with the younger members of our party! The beds were comfortable although the double was slightly small. The kitchen had enough pots and pans to be able to make meals in if we wanted to. The flat was all decorated in blue and white with a seaside theme throughout - it was very pretty. The westerly sea-views were amazing and it was great being able to eat out in the garden for every meal and then just walk down the steps and we were on the huge sandy beach. Transport links to the heart of the city were good with a bus running every hour from right outside the flat although it was also walkable along the beach or the road. There was also a lovely little town called Parve which was about 20 mins walk away and had great shops and atmosphere. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here. My only slight negative comment is that there is no ventilation/extraction in the toilet and the garden is overlooked by the balcony of the upstairs flat. But considering the overwhelming amount of great features, these two things are perfectly livable with! I would heartily recommend it!"

La situation de l'appartement est parfaite avec son accès direct à la plage, la proximité de st Malo, des commerces.La vue est magnifique! Il ne faut pas être trop nombreux car la cuisine est très petite, mais dans un cadre vacances c'est suffisant.

Prachtig uitzicht op zee.

Appartement is gedateerd maar wel functioneel, het uitzicht is prachtig en supermarkten zijn op loopafstand bereikbaar. Prima locatie voor een korte vakantie.

Superbe situation

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille à 5 dans cet appartement qui offre des avantages :

- situation top : quartier, accès direct à la mer, la vue !

- salon, salle à manger très lumineux, pièce de bain taille.

- chambres confortables

- très bon équipement de l'appartement : vaisselle, grand lave linge, grand sèche linge, grand lave vaisselle ...exception faite du mini four qui lui est trop petit.

- nombreux rangements pour les affaires mais aussi pour la nourriture.

A signaler néanmoins quelques inconvénients :

- la cuisine est petite ça encore mais surtout sombre et vieillotte

- la salle de bain est vieillotte elle aussi ( autant au niveau des sanitaires, que des revêtements ou encore les éléments de rangements qui sont rouillés...) , il n'y a pas de lumière à proximité de la douche donc utilisation peu pratique.

- Manque d'aération dans les toilettes et la salle de bain d'où des mauvaises odeurs...

Tout cela étant dit je recommande tout de même cet appartement qui reste un bon rapport qualité prix au vue de ses avantages comme de ses inconvénients.
