Our house is situated at San Lorenzo di Sebato in the heart of the Val pusteria and near the city named Brunico.

At San Lorenzo di Sebato you are at the right place, because the village is the optimal starting point for different toures in the Dolomites, on the ideal sea level, temperated climate and spectacular villages.

The apartment run through an extensive renovation, layed in quiet sorrounding in Maria Sares (1130 m above sea level) on the road to the famous ski-carousel named Plan de Corones. The location is comfortable to get on the ski pist of San Vigilio di Marebbe, in 15 minutes in car or to get on the slope of Brunico (Riscone) still in 15 min in car where you even can go for a walk in the close wood. The flat is equiped of every comfort. You have on your disposal 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, big kitchen, living room furnished in tipical tyrolean style with antic farmer-oven, spacious terrace/balcony, park place, garden, television, washing machine, dishwasher and linen.

The apartment is sourrounded of fir and larch woods which present itself for walks at one`s leisure.

"Fantastico!!! L''appart...

"Fantastico!!!

L''appartamento è immerso nel verde ma a pochi minuti da Brunico e da un comodo supermercato.

I proprietari sono getilissimi; tutte le mattine ci hanno fatto trovare latte appena munto e uova fresche; e poi lo strudel caldo.....che bontà!!!

3 ampie camere, cucina attrezzata e la speldita stube.

"Het vakantiehuis was ech...

"Het vakantiehuis was echt geweldig. Zeer ruim en daarbij was alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Prachtige omgeving, zicht op de bergen, mooie balcons met stoelen en parasol.

De eigenaresse was echt bijzonder aardig. Bij binnenkomst stond al heerlijke jam en sap klaar. De dag erna stond een bak met verse eieren op het balcon en bij het afscheid had ze nog een heerlijke apfelstrudel gebakken. Het huis is ideaal voor rustzoekers en mensen die van de natuur houden."

"La casa ci è stata consegnata in perfette condizioni nonostante il nostro arrivo in largo anticipo sull''orario concordato e il fatto non ha minimamente infastidito i proprietari che ci hanno accolto con estrema cortesia. Casa grande ben arredata calda con una romantica stube ( accesa tutti i pomeriggi dal prorietario) che scalda la casa e anima le persone dopo una fredda giornata di sci. Generosissimi i proprietari che tutti i giorni ci assicuravano latte appena munto, uova fresche un delizioso strudel ancora caldo il nostro ultimo giorno.La posizione è incantevole immersa in un bosco a 15 minuti dalle piste ottima per chi ama la natura e la pace. Grazie di aver reso così confortevole la nostra vacanza."

take the exit from the motorway named Brixen - take the street with direction Pustertal Valley, circa 30 km until St. Lorenzen, turn right with course Maria Saalen wich is distant 10 minutes by car.

The winter: Kronplatz – ski mountain n. 1, superski dolomite, toboggan run, cross country ski track, new edified indoor swimming pool, in 15 minutes in car accessible.

The summer: swimming pool – 15 minutes in car - going at mountains maybe in the Dolomites or the "Tre Cime-mountian", climbing, cycling on the partially new made bike-ways, mountain-seas, different museums
