About Kevin Anderson

Our family is from Northern Wisconsin originally and are now spread out across the country at different points in the year. We enjoy the cabin when we have time and built it as a place to recharge from the daily grind. We enjoy biking, snowmobiling, hunting, hiking, and exploring the area.

Why Kevin Anderson chose Mason

This property was built by our family as a labor of love. We have spent countless hours perfecting this space to enjoy and we are happy to share it with you when we're not able to use the space. We hope you enjoy it and care for it as we have.

What makes this cabin unique

The loft, the covered front porch, and wood stove are truly the pieces that make this cabin unique and cozy. Enjoy a book or play some tunes as you relax - or break out the art supplies and create something new.

Nice, tidy cabin - super quiet with comfy beds.

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed this cabin which was located deep in the woods but close enough to the Brule River for kayaking, our main purpose for traveling here. Great beds in the two bedrooms and nice, up-to/date bathroom. Loved the loft too. The windows are nice and didn’t let any bugs in! Exceeded my expectations!

Very clean and quiet cabin

  • 5 of 5

Cabin was as advertised, very clean, very well furnished, everything worked as it should have. We used it for four wheeling and very easy access to all the trails, no trailer needed. Very peaceful and quiet, but also only 10mins from iron river. Would recommend.

Best Memorial Day Trip We've Had in a While

  • 5 of 5

We decided to take the boys up north over Memorial Day weekend and to celebrate a family birthday. Although the cabin is secluded, we had no issue arriving thanks to the very precise directions we were given.

Once we arrived we were greeted by a cozy cabin and a very welcome wine bottle. The interior was very well fitted with any and all appliances needed and had enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The evenings were lovely as we made use of the fire pit to make smores and the grill to make burgers.

Definitely a dream cabin, we look forward to returning!

We loved your place! The first time we opened the door the place smelled fresh and clean. It is a beautiful set up with plenty of space. Great location to get to places like Ashland and Bayfield. Would definitely come back!
