"The property was clean and in a quiet and convenient location for the beach and all amenities.Access is gained up steps which might be too steep for the elderly.The property has a pleasant garden but there are limited views from the rear patio."

"Everything was very clean, the house is well maintained, the furnishings were nice and comfortable, and the surrounding garden is beautiful. This is a good place to stay if you need to be within walking distance to the beach of Sant Miquel, water sports and tennis, grocery, restaurants and nightlife. Keep in mind, that by being within walking distance to organized sports and nightlife you may hear their noise."

Nice ! But.......

Nice apartment :

+ Outside shower

- Airco only living room

- No parking place (have to walk 80 stairs to reach the house)

- Kitchen stuff very poor

Vacanza meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Daniel per dieci giorni a giugno. E' stata una vacanza meravigliosa, la casa si trova a nord dell'isola, raggiungibile facilmente dall'aeroporto di Ibiza. In un complesso di ville, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Port S.Miguel. Raggiungibili a piedi bar, ristoranti e minimarket. Consigliamo in ogni caso di affittare una macchina (all'aeroporto ma anche sotto casa se avete un mezzo per raggiungere l'appartamento) per visitare tutta l'isola.

La villa si raggiunge con pochi scalini dal parcheggio su strada delle macchine. Dotata di tutti i confort, una grande camera matrimoniale con bagno, una cameretta, salone e cucina e un bel patio dove cenare la sera o riposarsi il pomeriggio.

Consigliata per famiglie ma anche per gruppi di 3/4 persone. La villa è immersa nella natura, poca luce, pochi rumori. Un piacevolissimo soggiorno, la consigliamo a tutti.

"Necesario coche de todas todas aunque hay autobuses, en cambio hay una tranquilidad maravillosa.

La limpieza aunque en general bien, podría mejorarse, el salón debería de repasarse, y los cajones de las habitaciones que tienen objetos perdidos de otros huéspedes.

Pero realmente hemos estado tan agusto y nuestras perras también que se perdona todo, si Daniel nos deja repetiremos seguro."

"15 jours fantastiques avec nos 3 enfants. Mention spéciale à Andréas et surtout Rosenda ( remise des clefs et ménage) qui sont d'une extrème gentillesse! A conseiller à 300 % .

Maison conforme à tout ce qui est décrit, calme et proche de la plage.

Tout a été réuni pour passer des vacances inoubliables."

Precious house with garden in IBIZA, in the Port of San Miguel (Puerto de San Miguel), 300m (5 minutes) to the beach. Maximum for 5 people.

Garden fence of 200m2 and a 30m2 porch covered with barbecue.

The house is totally furnished and equipped, with conditioned air, washing, equipped kitchen, TV, DVD.

Two dormitories, one with a double bed and another one with two individual beds, two bathrooms, a hall, living room and kitchen.

The house is in the most natural zone in the island, go walking to the beach of the Port de SanT Miquel in 5 minutes; 8 minutes by car to the village of San Miguel, 25 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Ibiza city.
