This is a wonderful local stone complex, directly built on the sea, in the last remaining, perfectly conserved and natural stretch of coast of the Mediterranean Sea: the “Turquoise Corridor”. The villa complex is composed by 2 main levels of 80 m2 each and a series of garden terraces for more than 400 m2 all directly looking on the sea. The villa can sleep 6 + 2 persons. In the same complex, we offer a completely independent Loft of 80 m2 with 4+2 sleeps and fully furnished as the villa. In a few steps, passing through mediterranean bushes, you can reach the private beach terrace equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and shower and swim or snorkel in the unique turquoise waters of this incredible location. 42” HD LCD TV with Home Theater and CD/DVD/DivX player. Fast ADSL Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in all rooms. Spotting the sea turtles often passing by while sun bathing or dining is normal here.
I am a marine biologist, journalist and photographer and worked for Greepeace, WWF International and United Nations Environment Program.

We rented this villa twice: in 2012 and 2015. And every time the same happiness. A wonderful setting, private access to the sea, absolute quiet, a few hundred meters from the center of Kas and all the owner's attention to make your stay in this unique villa, unforgettable.
This is a wonderful apartment with excellent facilities and simple but tasteful decor. Its discreet location on the Kas peninsula boasts stunning views and offers peace and quiet for visitors. We were lucky enough to arrive shortly after the new jacuzzi had been installed and enjoyed several evenings luxuriating in the warm water while watching the sunset. Our hosts Paolo and Masha were also extremely welcoming and generously showed us some fabulous places to eat. All in all a perfect retreat.

"Superb place, in one of the best locations we'ever been. We had the chance to swim almost everyday with a big turtle that was living in the bay just in front of the house. Breathtaking view of the sunset from the Kas peninsula, and the thanks to Paolo and Masha for the great company ad the organization of very nice boat trips and excursions."
"We spend a marvellous week in the turquoise Loft, found nice friends in Paolo and Masha, who gave us a lot of wonderfull and usefull informations and contacts to the local peoples and opportunities. They combined the turkish hostanity with Italien flair and Grandezza!
Closest airports are Dalaman (160 Km) and Antalya (180 Km). In Kas, local public bus transportation is available on a frequent schedule to and from the center of the village, but renting a car would be advisable also for visiting the outstanding natural and historical sites in the surroundings.

The “Turquoise Corridor” - Lycia, Turkey
300 km granted with the last remaining beauties of the Mediterranean Sea.
Pristine natural landscapes, outstanding historical sites and unbelievably warm hospitality are the main features of this land.
WWF, the world’s largest and most known conservation organization, selected this area among the 10 last paradises of the Mediterranean and named it as the “Turquoise Corridor” by the color and transparency of its sea.
Hundreds of tiny islets, bays, natural harbors and caves are only waiting to be explored by the sea while impervious green mountains are shading skies from clouds from the inside. The most endangered seal in the world, the “monk seal” can still be spotted along this coast, together with 2 species of sea turtles, nesting in summer on its wild beaches.
Within a range of a few kilometers you can visit unique and well preserved archaeological sites ranging from the famous sunken towns of Simena and Kekova to the majesty of the Licyan/Roman theatres of Myra, Antiphellos, Xanthos, Patara, and the sanctity of the S. Nicholas Church in Demre. Lycian ruins, paths, sarcophaguses and tombs are always part of the coastal landscape wherever you are.
Natural monuments like the Saklikent canyon, with gorges and hidden water falls, the unique old growth cedar forest in Gömbe, the crystal clear river waters and wild sandy beach in Andryake or attractions like the Demre cold sulphur spring and the magnificent 30 km sand dune & beach complex of Patara are just some of the wonders you could enjoy here.
