Roomy one bedroom apartment in an outstanding location 1 block to Magazine St. Lower Garden District
Lived here for 3 months away from the snow at home. The bedroom and living room are both larger than expected. Bed is very comfortable. Very good closet space. Well equipped but fairly small kitchen with fairly new appliances; has dishwasher and disposal. Appropriate amount of dishes, utensils, and cookware. Small bathroom with shower no tub. Parking not an issue with church property nearby. One block to Magazine St and bus route. Less than a mile to WW2 museum. Easy access to Rt 10, Superdome, and French Quarter. Always felt safe. Very friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful true New Orleans experience
New Orleans is a great city with a lot of activities. I really enjoyed living in the lower garden district # 615716. The neighbors are very friendly. Magazine street is very lively especially in the weekends.
I would very much recommend apt F to all New Orleans visitors.
Spacious Apartment in Great Location!
I loved my stay at Josephine. The apartment is steps from Magazine St.- great food, shops, etc. and only 10 minutes from the Central Business District. The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighbors are pleasant, and the street is generally quiet!
Clean, comfortable, and convenient!
We enjoyed our stay on Josephine. Apartment is very comfortable and clean, with a newer kitchen and all the necessities including a dishwasher. There is also a pair of free washer and dryers in the building. Very convenient to #11 and #91 bus lines on Magazine Street and St. Charles street car. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Fellow residents in the condo complex are very friendly and social. We'd recommend a stay here. It's a nice base for exploring New Orleans.
Thank you Joseph!
A good place to hang your hat!
Cherie's place is a good place to call home base for an extended stay in the city. It's in a good location for easy access to anything you might want to see. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable. Neighbors are friendly, and there are markets and plenty of shops (both local and chain stores) if you need to buy staples. The neighborhood can be a little noisy if you're planning to sleep during the day, and there was a lot of construction noise during the week. However, for most people this won't be a problem, as night time hours are very quiet. The internet was very stable and strong, and the kitchen was well stocked. Cherie is very responsive. Overall, it's a great place!
We had a great time. The apartment is much larger than we had expected. It was clean. It has everything you need. The location is great! The neighbors are friendly. And Cherie is good at communicating back right away with any questions. She was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Cherie.
