Cascades #401 is a 5 Bedroom / 4-1/2 Bathroom Luxury Townhome located in Eden, UT in the beautiful Ogden Valley and Wolf Creek area. Located 15 min. from the World Famous Snowbasin Ski Resort and 10 min. below Powder Mountain, two of Utah's VERY BEST Ski destinations!

1). This is a fantastic end unit directly across from the Clubhouse and Fitness Room.

2). Luxurious and very comfortable furnishings / beds! Fireplaces throughout including master with Queen sized bed, very romantic and comfortable.

3). Lots of comfortable couches, sitting chairs and unique furniture make this unit truly one of a kind

4). Jacuzzi is across and down the street – so close you could throw a snowball and hit it.

5). Private, large home theater room that is literally the size of a two car garage, giant wrap around couch and additional dining table for card games or eating while watching a movie

6). Outdoor themed rooms, yet upscale and comfortable

7). Free high speed WIFI wireless internet throughout unit

8). Gourmet kitchen (owner is in the food business), marble countertops, stainless large refrigerator, large capacity toaster oven, mixer, blender, coffee maker, spices, etc....very well stocked!

9). First time on the vacation rental market, owned by a family from the SLC with very, very little wear and tear unlike some units that have been rentals for 10 yrs+.

You won't be disappointed and will want to return year after year.

Great unit!

Very nice property! Loved it. Jim and his team were fantastic. When we called on our first day to ask for a replacement frying pan an an extra bedside lamp, new ones were delivered that day to our doorstep - first class.

Suggestions for improvement: the lighting in the kitchen, due to the design of the unit, is very dim. Under cabinet lighting would do wonders at making things easier to see.

Wonderful large condo in the heart of the mountains

We rented this condo for a family wedding that was at Snowbasin. We could not believe how much room we had. It was the perfect place for a large family reunion etc. More family rented unit 404 in the same cul du sac. We had all the space and large table and they had the home theater and foosball. It was such a good complement to our condo. Wish we could have spent more time in that area but we mostly spent the nights there playing from the selection of games and cards. We only ate breakfast in the condo but the kitchen was well supplied so we could have cooked more meals there. It was beautifully decorated. We had some problems with the fire alarms beeping that they did try to correct promptly. I would recommend this for a large group but if you have younger kids to entertain, unit 404 might be just as good of choice (just smaller).

Pros: lots of space to visit and enjoy each others company yet most bedrooms were set up with there own bath and TV's if you wanted to get away.

easy to get to, large kitchen and dining room table, 24 hr gas station a mile away for anything you forgot.

Cons: No grill or hot tub with this unit

This was my third time staying in this unit and the 6th time at Wolf Creek/Moose Hollow. Once again I was very pleased with the stay. The TV's have been upgraded and a wider selection of pots, pans and utensils has been enhanced. I would recommend this unit for any large group.

A favorite!

We typically rent a condo 3 or 4 times a year for family get togethers. We have rented several in the Eden area . This one is our favorite. It is comfortable, clean and well cared for! The only negative for us is that we like to cook when we are together and the kitchen is not well supplied. There are a few pans, pots, etc, but not many, and there are no basic pantry items, so if you plan to cook be sure to bring everything you may need.

Tex goes to Eden

Great property for our family. Jim provided excellent service before and during our stay. Five bedrooms; two bedrooms have two beds and share a Jack/Jill bath; each of other three bedrooms have private bath. As in most condos no bedrooms on main floor. Separate kitchen, living and dining on main floor and large family room on ground level allows for different activities simultaneously. Kitchen has island and great view. Carlos & Harley's Cantina is a must for a local experience.
