Pros: The location was great. Walking distance to Louvre and Notre Dame. It was spacious for a one bedroom and one bathroom. Management team was responsive and helpful. Price was great for the location.
Cons: Bedding all needs to be replaced, Sheets, blankets and pillows were all old. Needs some updating/deep cleaning. There was what looks like mold growing in the shower. Easy fixes that would make a difference.
Thanks for your commentary
Sheets, blankets and towels are rented. We are working with a big society in Paris, but we have always to check everything is OK
Our cleaning woman is in holidays for a month and it is an other lady who works to replace her. I should have verified her work.
You should have tell me that because I was everyday in the building and it was possible to change them and also give you more pillows we have in extra. it had been better for your comfort
Sorry for the inconvenient.
I hope you have enjoyed your stay anyway
Perfect location. Fayaek was a great host.
Our family of 4 (two teenagers) loved everything about this apartment. It had everything we needed for a perfect week in Paris. Having many restaurants on the street below made eating easy! Convenient to Metro, grocery store and lots of shopping. We would stay again!
A wonderful apartment for the six of us in an ideal location
The apartment was exactly what we needed - a comfortable living area with an acceptable sized kitchen. After all the walking and sightseeing through the day, we generally stayed home in the evenings to relax. It was a well equipped kitchen so we were able to make simple delicious meals inspired by the lovely fresh produce we bought daily.
The kids were happy to then fold out the couches to make up their beds. Our bedroom was big enough to store all our luggage and shopping.
Our only complaint would be the bathroom and kitchen sink. We found the drains would block, and while Fabienne was happy to fix, it wasn't pleasant.
The location was perfect for us. We were a short stroll to a lovely christmas market, many shops and restaurants, Louvre, Notre Dame, left bank etc etc etc. We were very close to a metro station so were able to catch transport to many other places.
We would definitely stay here again.
Great apartment and local
Great location near Les Halles, Louvre, Notre Dame and metro. Nice apartment sleeps up to six. Had bedroom for adults and kids, 15, 13, 11 in living room on fold outs. Kitchenette with fridge and freezer. Lots of restaurants near apartment. Walk up three flights of stairs, not a problem for us but could be an issue. Easy communication with Fabienne. Great stay. Thanks!
Quaint apartment conveniently close to most attractions
Our family if 6 loved this apartment. The location can’t be beat for being close to most major attractions and public transportation. There’re many restaurants and shops just steps away. Fabienne’s assistant, Fayaek, was great at helping us throughout our stay. He was quick to response when we needed help.
The apartment itself was comfortable. The kitchen is small but adequate for our needs. We did not notice much noise as mentioned in other posts.
Overall, we’d recommend this quaint Parisian apartment.
nice apartment and great location. fabienne was a wonderful host
