Value and comfort. Close to antique shopping, dining and a short drive to the home of the Arkansas Razorbacks!
We were visiting from Monroe Louisiana and stayed at Prairie Grove Cottage on Sept 18, 2014. Prairie Grove is such a quaint little town. Loved this house! We will be back to stay here.
Ok for 2 people or two couples. Central heat and cooling are nice, as well as wifi and cable.
This was perfect for our girls outing. We spent the night after the Luke Bryan concert and visited the shops downtown the next day. It is a charming little house and we enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed staying here. The home was very nice and was pretty conveniently located near Fayetteville. We will definitely consider staying again when visiting the U Of A.
Great little place and we were able to make it work with a family of 6 while relocating to the area. Owners are friendly and very accommodating. It is in the center of town with gas, grocery, state park, water park, library and food nearby. We loved that it had a nice little deck with grill out back as we do most of our cooking on the grill. If we were not living in the area now we would consider staying here again. They even have an antique phone that actually works.
My extended family ended up renting both the cottage and the Heritage House for a week. We loved the back deck at the cottage. The perfect place for morning coffee, watching the robins hopping around and feeding their young. We were all able to gather in the Heritage House living room in the evenings to catch up on all the latest since we live spread over 4 states. The two houses are conviently close, about 4 blocks apart. I appreciated that everything was provided for us and Rick was very accommodating of any extra requests. I would recommend both of these rentals
