An ideal family apartment in an excellent location

This apartment is perfectly suited to families and couples with small children and is the most conveniently situated accommodation we have ever stayed in with all amenities, including the ski lift, literally right on the door step!

The description provided by the owners is accurate in all respects and on a personal level, despite the language barrier, I found them a pleasure to deal with, the whole process of booking and responding to queries ran smoothly from start to finish. The accommodation itself is functional, clean and having the bedrooms arranged over two floors with a bathroom on each affords greater privacy if sharing with others. On the down side there is nothing really other than having to carry everything on arrival up several flights of stairs although this is more than outweighed by the benefit of then accessing all amenities on one level.

Having skied in Paradski (La Plagne /Les Arcs) over a number of years, this is a perfect location from which to explore the entire area, the skiing both on and off piste is extensive and in the event of bad weather the trees just above Peisey Vallandry offer a safe haven for all including beginners.

This location offers an alternative to the high rise, high density concrete buildings found in many French resorts with all the attendant problems of noise and queuing for everything from the supermarket to the ski lift. Generally the resort is quiet with limited nightlife (a bonus!) and as such not suited to youngsters keen on their apres-ski, there are however a reasonable assortment of restaurants and shops all with in close proximity.

As the first non-French visitor to submit a review I would throughly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for pure ski convenience in a nice location away from the masses.

Un séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, situé au pieds des pistes, avec les commerces juste en dessous. L'appartement est confortable, lumineux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le balcon avec une vue magnifique. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible.

Appartement charmant au pied des pistes !

Quelle bonne surprise de découvrir un appartement chaleureux et bien décoré. Il est agréable et très confortable, le balcon plein sud est parfait pour prendre le soleil. Les 2 sdb sont un plus aussi!

Ce qui nous a beaucoup plus c’est la situation de l´appartement qui est vraiment au pied des pistes et de tous les commerces de Vallandry. Pas besoin de voiture!

C’est un vrai confort, surtout avec nos jeunes enfants qui n’avaient que 50m à faire pour prendre leurs cours de ski.

La propriétaire est charmante et à l’écoute. Elle s’est assurée que notre séjour se passe au mieux et a gentiment répondu à nos questions.

Nous espérons revenir l’année prochaine!

Un endroit génial pour une super semaine à la montagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très joli et fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé et meublé avec goût. Il ne peut pas être mieux situé car au pied des pistes ce qui nous permettait même de rentrer déjeuner si nous le souhaitions. La vue est magnifique. Le village est très agréable pour se promener ou faire des petis achats souvenirs.

Parfait 9/10 !

Deuxième séjour et toujours très content.

De plus, comme l'appartement était libre, nous avons pu en bénéficier pour une fois, dès le samedi midi ce qui est beaucoup mieux que le dimanche afin d'assurer aux petits la possibilité de participer aux cours de l'ESF qui vont du dimanche au vendredi.

Situé idéale, au centre de la station, à 150m des remontées mécaniques et à moins de 50m de la superette SHERPA et de différents commerces et/ou cafés- restaurants.

A recommander MAIS, comme signalé en 2014, merci de NE PAS prendre notre place ;-)

Idéal pour l'accès aux pistes (75m) et aussi pour ceux qui ne skient pas (terrasse plein sud).
