Visit any time of the year and walk to the famous Magazine Street shops. Located only 2 blocks from the St. Charles street car line and walking distance to the Super Dome, World War II Museum and some of the country’s top restaurants including Commander’s Palace, Emeril’s, Cochon and Delmonico.

The luxurious interior is professionally decorated and offers a layout designed for entertaining featuring a high-end kitchen with stainless appliances, a custom hood and beautiful quartz countertop. The living area has a large flat screen TV. Original antique pine floors flow throughout the house. A full laundry room / mud room leads out to an adorable furnished brick patio.

The spectacular master bedroom w flat screen TV opens to a balcony with views of downtown New Orleans. All bathrooms feature Carrera marble. Two guest rooms, one with access to the balcony, are equipped with queen beds and linens fit for royalty. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and the fifth has a queen with the same comforts. Perfect Spot for a girls getaway

11 members of our book group came to New Orleans to experience the city and this house was the perfect homebase. There was ample room to hang out in the living room and kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and we managed to find enough room for us all get ready to go out! The location was ideal - about a 30 minute walk to the French Quarter, a quick walk over to Magazine Street, and a few blocks from St. Charles. Uber was also very easy to use. Jessi and Hanna were very helpful and everything was as expected when we arrived! Would highly recommend this house!

Magnificent House. I wish I could live here.

This brand new vacation rental exceeded our expectations in every way. It is truly magnificent. The house is almost 200 years old but the inside is brand new and spectacular. First things first, the house is huge. We had 12 people in our group for a 40th birthday party and we had more than enough room to spread out. The beds are Ritz Carlton quality and the kitchen is huge, high end and great for having a big dinner. We brought a private chef in one night that was recommended by our host Kurt and it was perfect. There is a courtyard outside of the kitchen where we had coffee in the mornings and happy hour every night that is perfect and totally private. In addition to the house being outstanding the location is perfect. We walked to the World War II museum in 5 minutes and we walked to several restaurants in the Warehouse District which is right next door. I highly recommend Cochon for dinner and their companion restaurant Butcher for lunch. Can’t say enough about this place we will sure be back!! Thanks Kurt you and your team were great.

Awesome Location, Awesome house, Great Communication with Concierge and Owner

I can't say enough how perfect this house was for our stay in New Orleans. I was with a group of 10 for my sister's bachelorette party. We all fit comfortably in the house and had more than enough room to spread out. The downstairs is stunning with the big mirror wall and black paint. It was the perfect welcome to the city.

The location is close to all the restaurants you would want to visit in the Financial District and Warehouse District as well as The Garden District. It is the perfect distance away from the french quarter so that we could visit that area but return to a quiet place.

The owner Kurt was extremely helpful with all my questions leading up to our stay and the Concierge was prompt with my texts the entire weekend we were there. I also requested that the fridge be stocked with some essentials and they did that for a small fee as well.

Love this house, love this city!!!

Lower Garden District--Coliseum Ave.

House was great...as advertised. It suited our group of 8 well, with a nicely-equipped kitchen and generous areas for gathering. Location was exactly what we wanted, walkable to the Garden District and to the French Quarter if you, like us, enjoy long walks. If you are there during a Mardi Gras parade that starts in Uptown, getting in and out of this location (you are "in the box") can be tricky. Property managers were flexible in meeting our arrival time and dealt with a wifi connection problem quickly after it occurred.

Only suggestion is that property manager/owner make instructions clear concerning trash and recycling. (Instruction book said info on trash was on page 13; we had to look closely and found the info on page 9, and when we found it, the info was not detailed enough.) Previous one or two renters put the garbage in the recycling bin. Bins were not put out for 1 or 2 weeks. We got stuck having to deal with the mess. Recycling bin was full of garbage (not recycling) and we had difficulty getting our recycling in. When it was picked up, the recycling collectors pulled out the garbage and put it in the yard and bin--this was moldy and smelly pizza boxes with pizza left in. We had to sort through the garbage and put it in the correct bin. If prior renters do not put out the trash and recycling as required, the property manager or owner should deal with it, checking to make sure the next renters are not stuck with a mess. (I had to deal with a pissed off wife who cleaned up the mess. This is not a cheap rental; at these prices we should not have had to deal with this.)

Great property for team-building!

My company had a conference to attend in New Orleans and needed to send several of our reps. Instead of spending lots of money on separate hotel rooms, we were able to stay in a spacious, well-appointed home with lots of open concept space which provided us the ability to chat about work and bond as a team. Our 6 day stay was an absolute pleasure. The driveway is quite tight (we were in a Tahoe), but there was free parking directly in front of and across the street from the home. It's situated on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. The trolley line was easy to access for trips to the Garden District. We used Uber for trips to the convention center and Bourbon St. We experienced one small hiccup, as the city did work on the water main for the entire street for a few hours. The property manager was quick to supply us with many gallons of bottled water while she investigated other properties for us to use. Fortunately, the inconvenience only lasted a few hours and the shut-off didn't happen while any of us were in the shower!

I would recommend this property for any group of 10 or fewer who want a safe and relaxing space to enjoy NOLA. And, if this space is available during our next trip, I'll be certain to book it!
