This stunning home features 10 foot ceilings, top of the line VIKING appliances including a wall mounted double oven, stove, and side by side refrigerator. The kitchen has a massive center island with lots of room for multiple chefs or families and friends to sit and chat after a day a the beach. There are bar stools along one side of the counter for casual breakfasts or afternoon cocktails. The living/dining area is 600 sq feet of open concept space with a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 adults. Not only is there the main living/dining room but head up one level and find another huge 'Club' room with wet bar, and TV room. This is a great area for the kids to hang out or for the adults to enjoy a poker game or watch the game on the large screen TV.
While working on vacation isn't the most fun idea - this house does has a private office off of the Club room so you can manage any last minute situations that arise in the office while on vacation.
This home is the perfect venue for multiple families. It features 2 very large Master Suites with king beds stunning en suite bathrooms - one master on the main floor living area and one on the forth floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
After coming to this part of Florida during spring break with my family for years, we decided to purchase a home on Anna Maria Island. We quickly fell in love and realized we wanted to live here full time. We recently were able to make that dream a reality. We met the owners of this gorgeous home while it was under construction and became fast friends. They have allowed me to manage the property for them because they wanted a 'local'
Emma purchased this house in 2013
Location, Location, Location.
There is nothing like this home on Siesta Key. When you walk in you will be blown away by its size and beauty. The Gulf views are breathtaking on every level.
You are a 10 minute walk to the 'town' of Siesta, where there is a lively night life and restaurant scene... or just hang out in the gorgeous back yard and grill your dinner while lounging in the patio furniture or taking a dip in the pool.
Location - across the road from some of the most magnificent beaches in the world. You don't have to walk far to feel the sand beneath your toes and the sea breeze in your hair.
Sit out on one of your private decks to watch the sun set or read a book in the early morning breeze.
Because of its size, this home is the perfect vacation spot for a multitude of different agendas.
It's great for multi-family vacations, weddings, family reunions, guys golf getaways, girls getaways and so much more.
We were booking a very last minute vacation and stumbled across this home on VRBO. We called and spoke with Emma - who was really fantastic to deal with - she worked with us on logistics, helped us figure out flights/airports and met us at the house.
When we arrived we were totally overwhelmed (I actually cried) at how amazing this house is. The pictures are great but they don't compare to it in real life! It is a massive 4 story home and from the minute you walk into the foyer you know you have arrived at a true gem of a home. The rooms are all so thoughtfully decorated and the VIEWS!!!! OMG You can look at the ocean from both of the INSANE master suites as well as the "club room" which is like a second family room with a wet bar.
There were beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon to take everything to the beach in. When you read that you are right across the road from the beach, believe it. A quick walk down the sand dunes and we were watching sunset every night.
This house is so big that you could lose people in it! You think that 14 - 16 people will feel crowded but there's so much privacy.
I can not say enough about this place. We hope to make it an annual vacation spot!!!
This house was amazing! We rented the house for an anniversary party celebrating my parents 60th! It was a perfect fit for all the kids and grandkids, 15 of us, 6 kids and 9 adults. We where a little nervous about the stove because of a previous review but had no problems cooking a huge meal on the professional viking stove. The views of the beach where incredible, and the kids enjoyed walking the path to and from on the most beautiful white sands we have ever seen. The house had every thing we needed and Emma was great, pointing us in the right direction for information for the party. Most of us had never been to the gulf coast and we where delighted with what Sarasota and Siesta Key offered us. We are already making plans to rebook this house for next year for a family reunion.
Wow, if you are looking for everything this place has it. We rented 547 and 551 Beach Rd for my wife's surprise 50th birthday. This would not have occurred if it wasn't for Emma and the ladies that gave me a ton of useful information for our group getaway. They were so professional and knowledgeable about the 2 houses and the area my group went with it. Most of the group of 24 had never been to Siesta Key. What a terrific town. Everyone in the town was super nice. I have been all over the world traveling and nobody can touch how nice everyone in the town was. It is also the cleanest place I have every been to. Spotless.
The houses is huge. We had 12 people in each house and still had bedrooms we never used. The house is equipped with everything you would ever need. We cooked in both houses and we cooked on both grills. Everything worked perfect. The hot tub and the pools were spotless and we enjoyed them both.
We used the supplied bikes every morning and every evening. There are so many beautiful things to see you want to wake up early and take a walk or jump no the supplied bikes. The views from the many balcony's and breath taking.
The beach is only a short stroll away and the house has plenty of beach chairs and a cart to carry your coolers full of your favorite beach drink(s). The houses are quipped with ice machines. I see why Siesta Key Beach is rated the #1 beach in the USA. The sand was white and very soft and never got hot. The sunsets were terrific either from the beach or the many decks on the houses. There were plenty of beach towels for everyone. The town has many excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also rented a boat for a day. We saw Manatees, Dolphins, and all the multimillion dollar homes.
Call Emma and the ladies, you wont be disappointed. If there was a six star rating I would have given it six stars.
Spectacular 4 story beach house with great views, and great location to both beach and village. Overall the place was clean with nice furniture and décor, but there was a few problems. We had 12 people, so all of the bedrooms were used, the bed on the 3rd floor back right bedroom had a broken frame and was repaired with bricks for support under it by either the owner, or previous guest, and was unusable. Several lights were out around the whole house, and above the stove. The stove could not get warm enough to boil water for lobster, and then the outside grill was the same; could not get hot enough to properly cook anything. We were only able to repair one of the bikes in the garage, the others could not be repaired, so we ended up renting bikes from the village. The house is across from beach access #9 & #10, but both of these paths are usually swamped with ankle deep water with bugs and critters; we suggest walking further south to #11 to get to the beach. My GF and I had the 4th floor bedroom overlooking the pool, unfortunately the balcony door was locked, and we could not find a key. Water pressure is poor which I don't know if its a problem for this area. Still, a very nice place, just needs a little more attention, and repairs. Place and location is 5 stars, but I had to knock it down to 3 stars due to the problems we had.
Our family of four stayed here with three other families in August, for a grand total of 15 people, and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. There's plenty of space for a lot of people, and the amenities were terrific. There were a lot of things for the beach and a wagon to take them in, the pool was wonderful, and the kitchen was big enough for several adults to be in at the same time. The gorgeous white sand beach is less than a five minute walk and it's only a half-mile from the village. The bunk room was a great novelty for the older children (11, 10, 9, and 7) and the other bedrooms were quite spacious, with most of them having an en-suite bathroom. The ping pong table was tons of fun and there were a lot of pool toys for the kids to play with. The hot tub was lovely and having the grill area and patio was great, as it meant that we could maximize our time outdoors. Be aware, though, that the water pressure in the showers isn't very strong and there are some odd things missing from the kitchen, like a dish drying rack and a good set of knives - the ones that are there were quite dull. Also, be sure to bring bug spray, as there were a lot of mosquitos on the patio!
We vacation in Siesta Key almost every year and would absolutely come back to this property with another big group!
How fortunate for us that we found this fabulous house in Siesta Key, FL, for our family reunion. This magnificent four story house rental was perfect for our family of 16 -- 4 children (ages 9-14) and 12 adults. The pool, with pool toys, was so refreshing, the ping pong table was the site of many tournaments, the well-equipped kitchen was fabulous, two great gathering areas, spacious bedrooms--most with their own bathrooms, beautiful balconies on each level, with fantastic views, to enjoy the sunrise, sunset and everything in-between. The location of this house could not be better. Lots of sand toys, umbrellas, chairs and a wagon in the garage for a short one block walk to the beach, and an easy walk or drive into Siesta Key Village. 5 O'Clock Somewhere is definitely a little slice of paradise. Emma was wonderful to work with. We look forward to returning.
We spent a week here with a very large family (lots of kids / adults). It was a wonderful location, very close to a beautiful white sand beach. The house was large with it's own elevator, pool, multiple kitchens etc... We slept comfortably and absolutely loved the key / area. The stove / oven aren't perfect so if you love to cook, be warned. Also, there were insufficient bath towels, toilet paper and a lot of the beach stuff was broken. The house however is in great shape, well laid out, large and overall well-appointed. They kids spent all day in the pool / hot tub which was a treat.
