Little house, ideal for winter and summer holidays, located in a charming and green urbanization, like an oasis in the rustic landscape of Almeria, ideal for people looking for quiet and relaxing holidays. Community Pool. Also included in the rent use of a kayak that appears in the Homelidays photos which is parked in a garage next to the beach. Internet wifi optional. The house is 500 meters from the sandy beaches, 5 minutes easy walk by a direct path. From the Urbanization to the centre of village a boulevard with garden, night lights and bicycle way. The house has two bedrooms (One bedroom with a double bed of 140x180 cm. and another bedroom with 1 double bed of 130x190 cm., 1 single bed of 200x90 cm. cm. and wardrobes), kitchen integrated with living-dining room and utility room with washtub, washing machine and tools for cleanliness. Windows with screen anti mosquitoes. Outside covered terrace of 40 m2 with garden and barbecue. A pleasant and comfortable covered terrace-garden is the most important area of any house in this warm region to enjoy the climate and the sunbathe. The solarium cover the whole house and have a covered pergola, hammocks and comfortable seats to relax and enjoy the sea and mountain views. About Antonio Ariza

I am retired engineer, my partner and I have lived and worked in Barcelona, home to our 3 daughters. We live in San Juan de los Terreros for 8 years. Here we can enjoy the climate and tranquility. We like to serve well our tenants who are like friends to us. We do sports like Pilates, hiking and we love swimming in the sea from May to October. We also have a lovely apartment for rent front beach.

We bought the house in 2005 and have lived there three years. Then we moved to a bigger 1 km away home.

Golf course with 18 holds to 3 km. Attractions for children and adults: Acuatic park of Vera to 20 Km. Western Mini-holliwood and Tabernas dessert. Riding school. 10 typical restaurants and bars with fresh fish, two supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy The coastline and sandy beaches of S. J. de los Terreros are one of the nicest of the Andalusia region because the warm and crystalline water (summer 24-28ºC). It's located on a charming and quiet bay, with exclusive beaches and coves in which to bathe or dive. This area has a special microclimate with low humidity rates all year long, which makes this place specially recommended for people suffering from allergy, lungs or chest. Over the last few years it has become a popular holiday destination with european and spanish families. This has benefited the town with the recent building of a promenade along the beach and boulevards. Whilst lively and full of the town is ideal for holiday makers looking for a more sedate and relaxing place to have a glass of wine, lovely fish meal and a walk along the beach. Super Haus, netter Vermieter, tolle Gegend

Wir haben vom 10.-29.09.2016 einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haus von Antonio und seiner Frau verbracht. Wir haben ein ruhiges, sauberes, gepflegtes Haus, in einer sehr schönen Umgebung, mit tollen Stränden zu Fuß 7 Minuten) und netten Chiringuitos ( Salas super nett, freudlich toll , direkt am Strand) vorgefunden. Die Angaben des Vermieters waren genau so wie wir das kleine Feriendomizil vorgefunden haben. Antonio Ariza ist ein netter und sehr zuvokommender Vermieter. Er hat uns super betreut und mit viellen Restaurant, Segenswürdigkeiten und Strand Tipps vorbereitet. Wir hatten von Ihm also alle Infos, so dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ruhe geniessen konnten. vielen Dank Antonio wir können Euch und Euer kleines Paradies absolut und gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ach so fast hätte ich noch den Pool in der Nähe des Strandes vergessen. Auch hier alles super.

Maison charmante dans un lotissement super agréable. Annonce correspondant à la location et ce qui ne gâche rien, propriétaires aux petits soins. C'est la 3eme fois que nous louons à M. et Mme Ariza, et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Région magnifique en toute saison.

Lovely little home

It had everything we needed, even good beds! The terrace with the flowers is so relaxing to the eye and mind. You can eat on the roof with candles and beautiful views or at the terrace, cosy and covered in the green.

San Juan is unpretentious, super relaxed, with a few very nice places to eat and drink (La Venta, Pepa etc). Enough supermarkets but if you want to go to a mercadona, you drive to Aguilas and before you go there you must have a drink at the plaza de Espana in Aquilas, what a beautiful spanish plaza that is. Also if you have time: go and see the city Murcia, they call it small Barcelona with good reason.

The house is well kept, good couch, good tv, good beds and tastefully decorated. And let's not forget: lovely sandy beach. Last but not least, the owner Antonio is a very pleasant host. We will return gladly.

Lovely villa

I took my elderly parents to this villa, it had everything you needed in it. The only problem we had was the oven didn't work but I'm sure Antonio has sorted this now. It had a beautiful garden and it was only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this villa as we had a lovely holiday there.

Belle location

Pour la deuxième année nous avons loué la maison d'Antonio et Maria. C'est une location agréable et la terrasse abritée par les fleurs est superbe. Les propriétaires sont charmants. De plus cette année Antonio nous a proposé le Wi-Fi, ce qui est très appréciable. La location est propre et à environ 10 petites minutes à pied de la plage. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et vous recommandons cette location.
