Newly renovated apartment, specially distributed to enjoy your holidays, with a large living room kitchen of 50 m2, with two independent double bedrooms and two bathrooms. FRONT TO THE SEA, VERY GOOD VIEWS, quiet village, easy parking.

It is a first floor without lift, in a building of 3 floors, 5 minutes from the airport and very well connected. The street that passes by has hardly any traffic since it has no exit.

What makes this apartment unique

Superbly located and very well communicated to know Asturias.

Possibility to make excursions by boat, fishing / stroll, with the owner.


1- Excursion of 2 hours, guided by the river Nalón, castle, bath. Sailing calm, without waves.

PRICE for 4 people, all inclusive, 100 €.

2- Excursion of 4.5 hours, dedicated to fishing / walk / bath, according to the client's wishes, including fuel (2 hours of motor), drink and "pincho".

PRICE for 4 people, all inclusive, 250 €.

3- FULL DAY, between 8/10 hours (4.5 hours motor), fishing / walk / bath, according to customer, includes food and drink.

PRICE for 4 people, all inclusive, 450 €.

Excursions will be paid at the beginning.

Excursion 1 is always done since it does not depend on the state of the sea.

Excursions 2 and 3, will be confirmed the previous day, according to meteorological forecasts and the predicted sea state. In case of previous suspension, for these reasons, there will be no charge.

If the excursion is suspended once started, for reasons not attributable to the owner / skipper or boat, a 50% of the excursion price, or proportional part of the excursion, will be charged, whichever is greater.

Piso perfecto

Todo perfecto. El piso muy bonito, más que en las fotos. Rai muy amable y da muchos buenos consejos sobre que ver en la zona. (¡Tienes razón, Rai, Avilés vale una visita!)

La cocina bien equipada, camas cómodas, y un detalle toda la comida que nos dejo para el desayuno.

Sin duda, recomendable y me gustaría volver algún día.

Estancia muy agradable

Este piso es altamente recomendable, nosotros queríamos volver en Julio pero ya esta alquilado...

Primero decir que no le falta detalle, está preparado para hacerte sentir como en casa. Desde el menaje hasta la luz q entra desde por la mañana, más el añadido de las vistas... Precioso. Además es una zona muy tranquila con algunos restaurantes alrededor.

Y segundo, la ubicación es magnifica para desplazarse a Aviles, Oviedo, Cudillero...

Por poner un pero... Los colchones y las almohadas no son del todo cómodos, pero esto, como todo, es para gustos...

El propietario tuvo el detalle de dejarnos fruta, aceite, leche... Y todo lo necesario para tener más de un completo desayuno.

Repetiremos seguro. Gracias por todo.

Owner's Response: Muchas gracias, tendremos en cuenta vuestros comentarios para cuando renovemos mobiliario a final de temporada. Posiblemente añadamos 2 tipos de almohadas para facilitar la elección por parte del cliente.

Appart parfait avec vue dans région pittoresque

Très bel appartement lumineux, décoré avec soin et très propre.

Bonne situation de San Esteban de Pravia: côte rocheuse découpée superbe et montagnes proches aux paysages grandioses.

Propriétaire généreux, disponible et très sympathique.

Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix et recommandons vivement cette location à tous (vraiment sans mauvaise surprise):Tout était parfait.

"Un apartamento precioso con unas vistas relajantes y nada ruidoso. Está perfectamente equipado y su propietario es muy amable, tuvo el detallazo de dejarnos un montón de cosas para desayunar...El alojamiento está a unos minutos de Cudillero (un pueblo precioso) y perfectamente situado para poder conocer Asturias. Recomendable 100%. Nosostros fuimos con un niño de 3 años que disfrutó de lo lindo... ¡Volveremos! Gracias Ray."
