Bright and functional, this house is spread out on two levels with, on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an independent toilet, an open-plan kitchen leading to the living room and, on the first floor, two additional double bedrooms, one of them with balcony, a furnished rooftop solarium terrace as well as a complete bathroom with bathtub.

Outside the living room and kitchen, there is a porch-like furnished terrace with a table, chairs, a rolling sun blind offering an outdoor dining area, shadowy, with views to the 50 sqm private garden of the house.

There is a barbecue available for you in the garden with lawn, from where you have a direct yet private and secure (little gate you can lock) to the residence's community area where stands the swimming pool.

Comfortable and well equipped, the property includes household appliances, 2 double beds, 2 single beds (new mattresses for 2017), a double sofa-bed, storage closets, 2 sun beds, a stone barbecue in the garden, etc... and offers, as an optional service, the air conditioning.

From both the villa and its private garden, you have an overall view onto the residence's green zone which is prettily maintained.

This property does not include any parking spot although it is really easy to park in the dead-end street which goes all along the residence.

This is a family residence which counts with 20 semi-detached villas, and has a vast green area with lawn, flowers, olive-trees, palm-trees as well as a pretty swimming pool and a community barbecue.

It stands in the quiet and family residential area of Las Tres Calas, surrounded by olive-tree fields, and allows quick access to the beautiful beaches and creeks, using a coastal road going over the national road.

From there, you have easy and quick access to a bar-restaurant with sports tracks and children playground about 800 metres from the residence and, at the entrance of the housing scheme, a little shopping centre with restaurant, bar, little supermarket...

For further shopping, you'll find all you need in the centre of Ametlla de Mar, about 4 kms. from there.

Thanks to the main roads connecting all the Coast, you also have quick access to the main neighbour seaside resorts as well as to the many tourist activities available in the area.

Agréable séjour en famille

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. Résidence très sympathique et bien entretenue. Nos 3 enfants se sont beaucoup amusés et nous avions toujours un œil sur eux comme la maison est face à la piscine. Maison conforme aux descriptifs et photos. Avons apprécié de manger en terrasse abritée du soleil, avec le barbecue. Voiture obligatoire pour les courses et la plage. Nombreuses plages et criques à proximité.

Quelques points négatifs cependant: une seule salle de bain opérationnelle, pas de climatisation, pas d'accès au garage de la maison (stationnement dans la rue à l'extérieur de la résidence), voisinage espagnol très bruyant quotidiennement et jusque tard le soir.
