Excellent Secure 1-Bed Apartment
This is the second time that we have stayed in this apartment.
The most impressive thing is that it is spotlessly clean. We stayed for two weeks this time and the apartment was cleaned, and bed linen and towels changed mid stay.
It is perfectly located within about five minute’s walk of Meia Praia Beach, the Marina and old town. You don't need to have a car but if you do, its a couple of minutes drive to the N125 and hence its easy to get anywhere including the beautiful Monchique mountains.
There is a 24/7 reception and the security man is constantly 'doing his rounds'. The underground car park is an added bonus because it protects the hire car from damage and also the extreme heat that we had in September/October this year.
The owner replied immediately to any communication and checked that we had no problems during our stay. There is excellent secured wifi in the apartment.
The Rendall couple replay to all emails, they meet the commitments on time, they are careful about things and maintain order inside the apartment. In short, they are reliable and highly recommended to other owners.
Tolle Ferienwohnung in einer kleinen Urlaubsanlage
Wir haben 10 schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und liegt in einer Ferienanlage. Von dem großen Balkon schaut man direkt auf den Poolbereich. Selbstversorger finden in der Küche alles was man benötigt. Zusätzlich kann ein schöner Grill auf dem Balkon genutzt werden. Dies haben wir auch zum Grillen von frischem Fisch getan. Diesen kann man z.B. im Fischmarkt von Lagos kaufen, den man zu Fuß bequem erreichen kann. Nach ca. 10 Minuten ist man über die Fußgängerbrücke auf der anderen Seite des Hafens und schon fast am Fischmarkt. Danach beginnt die Altstadt mit unzähligen Restaurants und Bars. Wir empfehlen u.a. das Navegador, No Patio und auch das außerhalb des Zentrums liegende Restaurant Calhou.
Vermieter Angel ist bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar und dabei stets hilfsbereit.
Daher empfehlen wir diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Truly amazing apartment we are booking for next yr
Cannot fault the owner excellent efficient communication and really helpful. Spotless apartment everything you need we mostly cooked and at using the fab barbecue and visited the beach daily which is a 10 minute stroll away. Thank you for our amazing holiday the apartment made it. Air con best we have had and bonus there are 2 units. Extra freezer for those ice lollies and pingo dolce supermarket only a 10 min walk away along with Lagos marina. Nice quiet area away from. The noise of Lagos bus also just €4 in a taxi
We arrived by train which is only 5 mins away from the apartment. The gardens and areas about are spotless and kept really clean as well.

Great little flat
Perfect location for a stay in Lagos. The flat has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to make breakfast every morning. The bedroom was a good size and the bed itself was large and comfy. The shower is hand held but that didn't bother us. There is a relaxed atmosphere and the area is quiet. There are a lot of rules for the swimming pool such as no inflatables and ball games but there are residents living there and everyone is able to enjoy the pool. Security do regular checks around the complex and are there 24 hours. The restaurant below was nice. The underground parking is a bonus and I felt I wasn't going to come back to a damaged car we had rented. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Marina and the supermarket is also in walking distance. The beach is a 5 minute walk away as well. I have been to Lagos 7 times and I will definitely re-book here.
Perfect for a visit to Lagos
Apartment was exactly as described. Excellent standard of accommodation with every convenience supplied. Owner had even provided soap, washing powder etc. Lots of room and very quiet. All queries addressed promptly by owner both in advance and when there. I would highly recommend this apartment as an ideal base for a restful holiday.
Superbly located and secure apartment
Although we arrived at approx. 22.00 hrs, it was no trouble for the reception/security man to show us our garage space, lift to apartment and the on-site restaurant.
The apartment is well-equipped, very clean and perfect for a holiday let. The large balcony gets the sun all day and has a view over Lagos and Meia Praia Beach. It is located within about five minute’s walk of Meia Praia Beach, the Marina and old town.
