This is the perfect location for a family get away, guys golf trip or ladies spa retreat. Just steps away from the Monterra clubhouse. Take the village shuttle anywhere within the blue mountain resort or walk to the village in under 5 minutes. Relax in the year round outdoor hot tub or tan beside the seasonal heated pool. Take advantage of the countless summer and winter activities offered at blue mountain resort or spend quite time by the fireplace, the options are endless.

The master bedroom includes one queen bed and a 3 piece ensuite with walk-in shower. Other features include alarm clock with ipod dock, tv/dvd combo and plenty of storage to unpack.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle which provides room for a third guest.

The living room has a queen sized pull out couch. There is also a roll away twin bed which can be set up in the living room as well.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combination with rain shower head.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery.

The unit also has a washer and dryer which comes in handy after a wet day on the ski slopes or by the pool/beach.

BBQ on the elevated deck and enjoy the views of the pool, golf course and Georgian bay.

After an extensive search of properties in Ontario, Vermont, BC, and beyond we finally landed on Blue Mountain. We found it offered year round activities that suited our active lifestyle. Blue Mountain is not limited to just skiing in the winter, it offers golf, mini-golf, hiking, swimming, high-ropes, the Ridge Runner, beaches, dinning, shopping, mountain biking, and much more! We couldn't be happier with our choice.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo has been newly refreshed and offers features that are not found in most other Rivergrass units. Specifically quartz counter tops, stainless under mount sinks, new appliances, wall mounted TV, leather pull-out couch, roll away bed, 5 burner BBQ and more.

I would also say a big congratulations on buying the home in the first place. The more time I spend in Collingwood, the more I like it, and very much hope it brings many smiles to your family’s faces in coming years.

Since you said you were still in the process of exploring the area, here are the top 3 things we found:

1. The Scenic Lookout at the top of Blue Mountain on a clear day – Wow!

2. Sunset Point in Collingwood. What a beautiful park area on the water.

3. The Huron Club Restaurant in Collingwood. Fantastic food. I know it’s an odd thing to rave about, but they make a Turkey Club with a Tarragon Aioli which is really something quite amazing. My wife said it was the best club sandwich she’d ever had, and I’d have to agree. It was really good.

The property was well presented and really clean. It was exactly as the photos!

The condo is in a great location, 5 minute walk to the Blue Mountain Village, 10/15 minutes drive to Collingwood with a Walmart/cinema etc. It has a nice veranda overlooking the pool and golf course, would be even nicer if the trees were trimmed a bit. Inside, it was very comfortable with plenty of space. We hired bikes and cycled the Georgian Trail to Meaford and back. The men folk golfed. A great week was had here.

3rd time staying here, no reason to go anywhere else.

Been going to Blue mountain for 8 years now, stayed at the 3 of the different hotels and 3 of the townhouse complexes, and this is the nicest hands down.

Owner is amazing, unit is amazing, no complaints.

Beautiful Condo & Excellent Location

This condo is very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated... Exactly like the photos. The owners are very attentive and helpful. It is located in Blue Mountain, with close proximity to the pool, hot tub, "The Village", golf courses, Wasaga Beach (30 minutes) and many tourist attractions. If you have teenagers, we suggest riding the Ridge Runner, climbing the ski slope parallel to the gondola, golfing at Tomahawk Golf course (Thornbury) and taking the 3 hour Eco Adventure Tour at the Scenic Caves (a 5 minute drive). These activities are a must for the whole family! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to relax with the family or for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Either way, this condo will make your vacation more enjoyable because it's the perfect setting to come home to at the end of your day. "Two thumbs up!"

A memorable family getaway

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo at Blue Mountain again this year. Although the snow didn't show up for March Break skiing, the kids were happy to take advantage of the hot tub on site, visit The Plunge at the Westin hotel, make a keepsake at the Crock-A-Doodle, take on the Ridge Runner mountain run, skate at the community centres in Collingwood, visit the Collingwood YMCA, hit up the indoor kid zone and climbing wall at the Conference Centre, and master the puzzles and games in the condo. We also took advantage of the end of season clearance shopping in both the village and Collingwood...there are always great deals to stock up on next year's kids' gear!

David, as always, was prompt to follow up on our inquiries. The kitchen is so well equipped that we feel right at home making our family meals. The washer and dryer were very helpful as the kids are muddy puddle magnets!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us - we hope to be up there again next year!

Clean, beautiful and fully stocked!

This unit was amazing! We will definitely stay here again. It was my husband and I and 2 young kids (5 and 22 months old). The email sent ahead of time was very detailed with everything you needed to know about the unit. Once in the unit we were all so excited about how luxurious it looked. We felt like we were staying in a super fancy hotel. The large dinning room table was amazing! The kitchen was fully loaded with enough cutlery, dishes pits and pans to serve up a feast. The living room was very comfortable. Comfy couch (that could pull out to another bed) and 2 jumbo chairs with a gas fireplace made it very relaxing and cozy in the evening. A master bedroom complete with ensuite was fantastic. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds with a window that looks out towards the slopes. Another cot was available to pull out in that closet as well.

A FREE shuttle bus stop was just out front of the unit that would take you anywhere on the resort. (Any of the lodges, the village, Plunge Aquatic centre) it was very easy to get anywhere. (A must with 2 young kids and ski equipment) as a note you could walk to the village in under 8 minutes, which we did in the evening for a leisure walk.

The price was fair. Again with 2 young kids it was so nice to have a place close by to go back to for lunch/nap then back to the hill we went.

Great stay

Very closed to Bluemountain resort. The condo was great and all of us enjoyed staying there. There is one thing Ineed to metion is that the second bedroom was colder than other area. You may better check heating in that room. Thanks
