Close to all you may need : boutiques, shops, Gambetta market, 4 supermarkets, the Croisette, rue d’Antibes (Rue d'Antibes at 5 meters and Croisette 150 meters). wonderfully positioned in the centre of Cannes ,

We were warmly welcomed by the Cartesegna representative, Florence, and delighted to find the apartment very much as we expected from the site photographs and description. It is perfectly located for our purposes, minutes from our favourite beach and restaurants. The apartment is very well represented, just the right size. In fact, we had more meals in on the lovely balcony than we had planned because we were so comfortable there. We recommend highly for a stay in Cannes; it was just what we wanted!

We had a lovely stay in this clean, airconditioned and well equipped appartment. The bedroom is double glazed for a quiet goodnight sleep. It has a seperate kitchen and a nice terrace overlooking gardens. The appartment is on the third floor ( with lift) of a well located building adjacent to rue d'Antibes and close to the croisette. The owners are very kind and helpful.

very nice stay

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in June 2012. The appartment is exactly as described in the add and pictures, very clean, very airy and excellently located close to the beach, supermarket and centre of Cannes; very well equiped as well. The balcony is all around the flat, we enjoyed having all our meals there. I have to mention, as the other reviewers,the owner and her friend who let us in: they were very nice to deal with, very attentive and helpfull. Thank you.

Charming apartment

This apartment is a sheer delight and we have already been back several times. The property is spotlessly clean and all the utilities are in perfect working order. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The well-prepared instruction file has answered all our questions (wireless, international phone calls to fixed landlines at "0" cost, etc.). Being just off Rue d'Antibes allows one to be right in the centre of "elegant" Cannes without being disturbed by the "noisy" Cannes. The entire apartment is surrounded by a balcony which creates an additional feeling of space and relaxation. I can highly recommend this apartment to friends and relatives.

We are happy that the location of our apartment was the right one for your daughter, who could walk to school "Lycée Sain Marie" to attend summer courses and improve her French and in the afternoon could enjoy summer holidays on the beach.

UNE ADRESSE A RETENIR ! CENTRE DE CANNES

Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement T2 spacieux, confortable, très bien aménagé ...et décoré avec goût. L'appartement est également bien équipé... et il ne manque rien (Wifi, téléphone, chaines câblées, sont un véritable ++++) . Chambre spacieuse et très bonne literie. Les placards de rangement sont très appréciables. Grande salle de bain avec douche.

Il est idéalement placé pour les amoureux du centre ville, proche des commerces (rue d'Antibes à 50 m) et de la Croisette (150 m). La localisation de l'appartement est véritablement excellente car nous pouvons circuler à pied dans Cannes sans voiture.

La propriétaire est accueillante et chaleureuse... que du bonheur ! Capital sympathie+++++

The room can be set up with 2 separate beds or with a large double bed (190 x 180 cm). High quality mattresses as in a grand hotel, all the protections (mattresses and pillows) are changed for every rental. Relaxing atmosphere, wall decor with pale pastel colors and delicate, very comfortable headboard, separate and romantic lighting for each nightstand.
