Rural apartment in front of Usil-Mogro beach with access to private swimming pool and tennis court 3 minutes walking from the apartment.

Apartment sited in a 2500 m2 fenced garden. 600 m from Usil beach. In front of "Parque Natural de las Dunas de Liencres", with one of the best known beaches of the North. 800 m away from golf court "Abra del Pas". Many sandy beaches very close around the apartment. Appartment placed in a beautiful landscape with green fields and sea.

Quiet area to go with children.

Rural house with three independent apartments. Each apartment has two rooms, living-room, kitchen, bathroom and garage. Fully equiped: electrical appliances, dinnerware set, bed linen, towels... There is special attention to maintain cleanliness and good condition of equipment to assure the maximum confortability to guests.

Vacaciones para repetir en Cantabria

La descripcion del anuncio corresponde perfectamente, incluso diria que se queda corta, ya que las sensaciones que percibes son muuy buenas. El trato de propietario muy correcto y con todo tipo de explicaciones. La limpieza un diez. La verdad es que nos ha sorprendido el nivel de impieza tan alto del apartamento. Hemos disfrutado mucho con la piscina y tambien con la pista de padel. Las vistas son maravillosas, con el contraste del mar y el prado tan verde. El tiempo no ha hecho muy bueno y nos lo hemos pasado muy bien. En general lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos. Saludos de la familia; Sanchez-Ariño

De woning was heel netjes...

De woning was heel netjes in een heel rustige omgeving maar toch centraal gelegen om Picos de Europa, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, dunas de Liencres, Santander en mooie rustige stranden te bezoeken. Heel vriendelijke eigenaar, mooi zwembad met prachtig zicht, alleen een terras aan de woning miste we een beetje. Algemeen heel positief en leuke vakantie gehad !

Limpieza bien. Zona sin ruidos muy tranquilo. Vista buena aunque la piscina no estaba situada en la misma finca. Equipo muy bueno y facilidad de acceso a la autovía buenísimo. Muy bien situado para ver la zona.

"Logement neuf, impeccable, propre. Linge parfait.

Situation très agréable.

deux remarques:

1.les aboiements de plusiers chiens des environs pendant des heures la nuit. Le sans-gêne du résident d'à côté sur le même pallier qui sort ses poubelles à 23h30.

2. l'inconfort du divan lit, dur, bas étroit.

Où pourraient s'assoeoir deux autres personnes supplémentaires?

The apartment is placed at a very good location with direct access to Highway “Autopista del Cantábrico A-67” (exit 193). Apartment located in the centre of the village.

Very good place to rest with the family in the beach and field. It is also good to make trips around Cantabria. Excellent cuisine in the area, with a big variety of good places to eat, drink and enjoy the nature.
