A superior detached three bedroom, Wi Fi equipped villa with an integral garage, has a pool, in a quiet road, in the town, near the sea, restaurants shops & bars. Breakfast & fresh bread may be taken on the terrace over -looking the pool & garden. Relax around the pool on the sun lounger’s, read today’s English newspapers which can be bought from the shop a five minute walk away. A selection of D.V.Ds, CDs & books are available for your entertainment. Wi Fi Satellite TV showing BBC SKY also a DVD/CD player add to your enjoyment options. The kitchen area has ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, washing machine kettle, coffee maker & toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board & hairdryers. Two fully equipped tiled bathrooms.One has a large shower unit, bath,wc & twin wash basins .The other is an en suite shower room, which is in the balcony bedroom.Two electronic security safes for your own security code are fitted.

We have English and Spanish agents who meets the incoming guests with the keys. He is Spanish speaking and is very helpful in making your holiday the most enjoyable experience.

from where to buy your English newspaper in the morning, to where to find the quiet secluded beaches.

Why Keith/Kathy Osborne chose Baix Camp

My wife and I bought this villa because we thought it an ideal, home from home in the sun. It has everything that is wanted, situated in a quiet Spanish town by the sea.

In a central but quiet road near to all facilities, shops restaurants bars and the beaches. with easy transport access to the area.

Ten years ago the restaurants didn't even print the menus in English, now they do.

The house itself is very comfortable, cool in Summer and very warm in the Winter with the central heating for the cold nights. Also the log burner is a bonus.

Full entertainment is available, internet access, Wi Fi Satellite TV, BBC SKY and many, many more channels.

What makes this villa unique

We liked is straightaway because it is very private with the high hedge topped walls and steel gates. Entry to the property is only gained by first pressing the bell from the pavement.

Lovely position in the town, close to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches, we didn't need the car once we'd arrived. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The children loved the garden and the pool. Every thing that we had hoped for .

  • All the windows are fitted with grills ,fly screens and drop down blinds. Bedroom 1: A family room, double bed and a single bed. Also the room has large fitted wardrobes with a digital safe and chest of drawers, ample storage. Large luxury bathroom is situated between 1 & 2 Bedroom 2: Twin bedded room with large wardrobes. Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room with en -suit shower room, and a balcony from which there is a view of the sea in the distance through the trees.

Our local English agents, Mike and Val Meet our guests on arrival and supply fresh laundry each week. Linen and towels provided, Please bring your own towels for the pool. A transfer service from our local airport, Reus, is possible by prior arrangement.

Perfect holiday.

Lovely villa and pool with complete privacy. Comfortable and clean with everything you need. We had a car and explored the beaches just south of Cambrils which are safe for children with soft sand. We enjoyed the restaurants and walking the Cambrils promenade in the evenings. Keith and Kathy couldn't have been more helpful and we shall certainly think about returning.

Just the job,

Perfect place to stay, close to everything you could possibly need. Perfect for family's as so much to do and all close by. Local restaurants are plentiful, the hardest decision we found was choosing one as they all looked so good.. Portaventura theme and water park always a good day out.

Villa itself was spotlessly clean and the owner very helpful with all enquiries and easy to deal with. We would definately go back there again.

Miami Playa is a small town approx. 90 kilometres south of Barcelona and about 200+ kilometres north of Valencia. The beaches are among the best in Spain, from the very large Crystal Beach to the small beaches in coves which are nearly always deserted. Excellent sandy beach with safe swimming with beach side refreshments. Relaxed, easy-going atmosphere. Pleasant surrounding countryside. The nearest airport, which is served by a cheap airline (Ryanair), is Reus. Miami Playa is twenty five minutes by road from Reus Airport.

There are bus and train services in Miami to major towns North and South. The nearest large resort is Salou where the main theme park Universal Studios is situated. The next town Is Cambrils.

The villa is very well placed for GOLFING HOLIDAYS. Bon Mont is only a few miles away and offers a top quality golf course at very reasonable prices for the green fee, especially for seniors (over 55).. e.g. low season about 100 € euros for two players and includes a buggy.

Golf: Golf Bon Mont is a ten minute drive away.

It is a lovely course with views of the sea and the mountains.

The green fees are among the most reasonable in Spain and Portugal.

The rental balance is to be paid 9 weeks prior to the start of the villa holiday booking.

A security deposit of £200 (300 Euros)is payable. which is returnable, subject to no loss or damage to the property.
This may be paid to our English agent in Spain In Sterling or Euros and will be returned by him on departure, subject to no loss or damage having taken place. A deposit of £200 secures a booking in 2014 for 2015.
The balance of the deposit to be paid in January 2015
